As of Friday, July 10th 2020, I am homeless.
My landlord's family has been harboring resentment toward me for months because despite them knowing I was disabled when they offered me a free room, they expected me to be able to pay a full share. my disability case is not approved yet, and they know this. They expect over $800 a month from me.
When I was offered the room, he said I could clean the house if I wanted to, but I didn't have to. That quickly morphed into, I had to clean the entire house and do his laundry or I was out on the streets.
Landlord never told me he was mortgaging his house. He doesn't own it. And because he's refused to work for 4 months despite being a postmates driver, his family is literally blaming me for him being behind on rent payments because I don't clean the house.
This all came to a head because I told them to wash their hands after coming into our house from going to several retail stores. Landlord's grandmother snapped at me, and Landlord kicked me out that instant. All because I asked them to wash their hands
I have nowhere to go whatsoever. I am abandoned by my entire family due to being transgender, and severely mentally ill (C-PTSD, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and Schizoaffective Disorder). I have no one to stay with permanently. All of my friends are in other states, or countries.
I hate to do this again, especially considering how much I've been pushing my donation posts, but this is an absolutely dire situation. I appreciate reblogs so much; I'm scared out of my wits. His family has offered me no help, and his grandmother texted me at 3 am last night to argue with me. I'm being psychologically harassed.
If you are able to help, or reblog, I will appreciate you endlessly. I will do my best to stay active on this blog but as of right now I am not in my own home, and don't know when I can return to collect my things, like my medications. Update: My situation is getting more tense. Landlord has left the property and disappeared for days. the wifi is completely off and the dogs are gone. before he left he left a threatening hand written note
I don't know when he's coming back. but I need to leave asap. im still getting moved out because I don't have anything lined up just yet. this man is known to hold a grudge and has threatened to slash an old mutual friend's tires as well as cause him physical harm. that friend also owed him money on rent.
he has threatened to shoot me in the past.
