"Makhijani controlled Cantor Group V LLC, a Newport Beach-based company that had a lending agreement requiring it to pledge only first-lien real estate loans to the victim bank.

Makhijani falsified title policies from September 2024 to April 2025 to make it appear Cantor held first-lien positions when other creditors were ahead. Makhijani and a subordinate forged documents in Adobe, altered metadata, and submitted the falsified records to the victim bank, while also providing misleading explanations during calls and in spreadsheets.

If convicted, Makhijani faces a statutory maximum sentence of 30 years in federal prison. He is expected to make his initial appearance this afternoon in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana, California. All defendants are presumed innocent until convicted in court.

it’s batshit bonkers everywhere when it comes to this group. There is no reasoning with them. Why are governments catering to them? They are not working not assimilating what benefit to they bring to any country? You commit a crime in a country where you were not born you get booted back to the third world shit you came from. Never ever to return.

Why is this so difficult?

Which i am personally all for ones right to travel, you’re not the property of the government restricted to stay in your place as a good slave, you should be free to travel its a right to do what you want as an individual. I do honestly believe we should have open borders between many different countries, but the middle east is sadly one who is yet to qualify but somehow thats the only area the government thinks we should have open borders in relation to, its completely backwards. (You wouldn’t have these problems welcoming people from Canada or japan)

It should also be expected everywhere you go violence isn’t acceptable, you’re a guest when you travel to another country, they lack the capacity to to reason the fact they should be kind to those they meet much like when you are a guest in someone elses home.

But we also all know the ones doing these things see it as a jihad / holy war and their mission to spread islam and bring the rule of islam to the western world. Which we should classify as a mental illness, its the most prevalent basis of violent extremism in the world currently. So that warrants consideration for the classification of mental illness. They cant go anywhere without being a risk to themselves and others because of how far they are willing to go for violence. (Treating it like a serious mental illness and arresting people, would certainly make the whole world safer for everyone including Muslims too since the violent jihadists wouldnt be making everyone mad at them potentially.)

(P.s. just ending programs to pay them and stopping treating them like nobility immune to consequences, would seriously help stop these issues. It would decline over 90% if countries did this.
