Letters from Starfleet

I had lots of fun doing this last year, so I’m bringing it back for 2015!

WHO? You! All Deep Space Nine fans are invited!

WHAT? You sign up with your info and receive a swap partner’s in turn. Then you make a card, and include a DS9 holiday themed drawing, headcanons, short fic, or letter from their favourite character and mail it to them! You’ll be told what holiday your swap partner celebrates, as well as some of their interests to make this more fun for everyone involved.

WHERE? Sign up from anywhere! Last year we had participants from North America, Europe, and Asia. 

WHEN? Sign up starts today! You will need to fill out the form before November 14th at noon Pacific Standard Time (PST). You’ll receive your swap information soon after that. Most people start mailing their cards on December 1st for Hanukkah, or around the 7th-10th for Solstice/Christmas. You’ll need to give me a progress report by December 10th telling me you have sent your card or will do so soon.

Thank you for the kudos! Matching everyone took a while so I’m glad to see it appreciated! Seeing all the fics and cards and letters and other sweet things sent out has been awesome and it’s own reward though, Obsidian and I are SUPER GLAD we did this! ^U^

so summerartist got her ds9 christmas card in the mail today and said that I could post the card I had made for her. I had a lot of fun goofing around on the computer making the pictures!

They are both so lovely and wonderful and im so happy. Opening them was the second thing I did after I came home from college…the first was collapse on my couch.
