Normally I try to keep Theodore's design vague so that people can project their own face onto him, BUT I am all too happy to describe some of how I see him!!! (And have some of his canonical design attributes put in one place, because like. I know I've mentioned some things in the confines of the fic itself but those details are spread out over the current 60k+ word count LMAO.)

His hair is an auburn color, I've always described it as the color of the (Minecraft) redwood tree bark. He shaves pretty frequently, but he tends to have a bit of stubble. As for clothes, his "main" outfit for me is a red buffalo plaid flannel, navy blue jeans, aaaand a green jacket of an indeterminate model because I don't know much about jackets. It's one of those that's super durable and meant to last, good for woodsy-type shit ya know. And though he's a long sleeves kinda guy, he DEFINITELY has some scars from the shit he's been through in the Redwoods.

He's almost always carrying around his axe-- it used to be a normal gray one until the Obsessed replaced it (which was admittedly inspired by the look of the Netherite axe haha). But like, other than that, I'm not sure if there's anything else? This fanart someone made of him gave him a little pendant around his neck as a protective charm, which I think is REALLY cool. My man needs more accessories, I really like the idea of him wearing more and more odd things the longer he stays in the Redwoods.

But honestly, the first rule of Theodore's design is "have fun and be yourself"! (The second rule is give him red hair LMAO.) I've purposefully avoided sharing my faceclaim for him, because I feel it would take away from his character, in a sense? Like if I gave him a canon face or look, it might make it more difficult for people to imagine him while reading. I dunno! But any outfit/face headcanons are always accepted and appreciated. ^^
