“I’m definitely not dying! That would be a big problem if that just happened out of nowhere!” That was the first thing that Tenko could think to say when suddenly put on the spot. 

“Nothing is wrong!” Tenko said when she got some of her sense back. “Go back to sleep if you are still tired! I am willing to sit here for as long as you need, and-” In this moment, something occurred to Tenko.

Perhaps now was the right time to ask. “If you want, I could pet your hair to soothe you, and make it easier for you to sleep!” There, it was out and Tenko wouldn’t be able to take it back. She waited for the answer. 

Himiko was quiet for some time-- even if she wasn’t sure why, she could tell that Tenko was nervous, and probably getting more nervous the longer the silence went on.

She really didn’t get Tenko. If she did, maybe she’d know how to help, but...

i use official only bc i’d feel bad about not asking the artists permission to use their art :’)

understandable,, i think i gave up on that idea when i started rping some characters from stuff like t/ouhou that have very little official art(there’s mangas, but there’s also h u n d r e d s of characters) or like, characters that have no official 2d art

i might at least make a credits page this time though since i keep track of all the sources/artists i icon from? but i’ll admit it’s still not a perfect solution,,

I feel you. I only use official art on all of my muses and it can be a little hard on more obscure ones. Tons of strategic editing, if there is a scene in a anime I"d go frame by frame, and so on. It is still very limiting, specially when it come to promos

the chains binding you to the prison floor smell faintly of kerosene, and they're wet to the touch (only if you think about it). how long has it been since they clipped your wings? you hate how useless you are when you can't do anything except sit still and look pretty. why has nobody come to rescue you yet?

     It took everything in her not to start giggling at the girls reaction. Himiko was so naive sometimes and it showed often. “They don’t?” She tilted her head, trying to seem as if she was innocent and didn’t really know herself. “I mean, this was just something I heard from a doctor in Europe.” She explained to Himiko. “I’m sorry if it came off as a joke, you know I would never do something so mean. That would be something Kokichi would do.” She smiled to the girl innocently as she neatly placed her hands together in front of her.

"Th-That’s...” Well. She most certainly couldn’t deny that last part. While it wasn’t saying much for someone to be more trustworthy than Kokichi, she didn’t have a real basis to disbelieve Milene, either.

Besides, if she was telling the truth and Himiko didn’t listen... Nngh. Better safe than sorry, all things considered...

Tenko carefully watched Himiko to make sure there didn’t end up being any accidents. One could never be too careful, after all! Thankfully, everything went without a hitch. 

The aikido master had to brace herself as Himiko let her body weight fall into Tenko’s lap. It didn’t take long for it to become comfortable, and Himiko seemed to fall asleep shortly after that. 

And Himiko looked so cute, snoozing away peacefully, that Tenko had a desire to pet her head. But that would probably be inappropriate. But surely it would be okay, just this once. But what if Himiko got angry-

Unbeknownst to Himiko, Tenko was having a mental panic attack as she tried to consider if it was right for her to do anything but sit here and let Himiko sleep. Tenko had so much she wanted to do to dote on Himiko, but there was no way of knowing what was okay at this moment. 

Although she managed to drift off for a while, Himiko did find herself waking up... technically because Tenko was making noise. Why on Earth was she breathing so funny? Was she okay?

...As much as Himiko wanted to be annoyed, she was getting concerned. She shifted so that she was on her back, then pinched Tenko’s side to be sure that she had her attention.

“Priceless? Oh my, really?”

“Oh? Is that a work of art I see in front of me?”

     Had she never had coffee before? Then again, Milene wasn’t all that surprised. Though, this could prove to be a little fun. “Well, you should be very careful Himiko!” She pretended to be concerned. “Some people are allergic to coffee where they have a racing heart and feel jittery!” She started to explain to the girl. “If you move around too much, you might explode! Has your tummy been feeling weird?” She couldn’t help but poke a little bit of fun at Himiko. Since she was rather naive compared to most of her other classmates.

“N-Nyeh? Explode!?” That was a very unpleasant thought, so of course it got Himiko to freeze in place for a hot second.

“...Y’know, Angie, your legs aren’t actually that comfortable to sleep on. They’re kind of scrawny...”
