For the 10th anniversary of NayutalieN's invasion, a music video for NIBIRU was released. It was animated by 逢編いあむ (@iamuu_n on Twitter) and sung by NayutalieN himself. https://youtu.be/GCVedVOt8AM I have thoroughly examined the written language used in NIBIRU and halo. It is called ナユタン星語 (Nayutan-sei-go; Star NayutaN language). It is a cipher of the Latin alphabet, and sometimes can be used to encode Japanese kana similarly to how Hangul (Korean writing system) combines base letters to make symbols representing syllables.

Above is my attempt at writing the characters. Currently, there are no known letters for C, D, F, P, X, nor Z. C is a special case because in the ending credits of NIBIRU, there is usage of the letter C, but is replaced with the ナユタン星語 for K, which is why I think it's appropriate to replace C with the corresponding letter to the sound it makes (either K or S). The character for O, more often than not, is a simplified version of itself, removing the middle dot. The characters for G, L, and T are also sometimes simplified (Especially when combined with another symbol). There is an unknown character in halo, but I dunno what letter it is lol (don't even get me started on the characters in halo, it's a mess. Half of the sentences have characters not seen in NIBIRU so I have no reliable translation for them, and the other half are abbreviations of Japanese sentences.) There are zero mentions of the cipher in 銀河電燈 (Galaxy Lightway).

I have translated every instance of ナユタン星語 in NIBIRU.

1. 「トガリアモツイ」 which is いつもありがと backwards. It means "Thank you always". A common misconception is that the lyrics are トタナアモツイ, but this is not true.

2. "halo...", referencing the song and its MV ("halo" appears multiple times). "halo" is pronounced ハロー (harō), which is a common Japanese transcription of the English word "hello", so halo and hello might have a connection...?

3. "hajimemashite", which means "Nice to meet you (for the first time)".

4. 「クシロヨモゴンコ」 which is こんごもよろしく backwards. It means "I'm looking forward to the future".

5. Translation for this one is provided immediately afterwards, which helped me decipher this cipher in the first place.

6. Same for 5, translation is provided. "arigatogozaimasu". It means "Thank you (for watching)".
