" Is there not something... a dear thing... that can set your cold heart aflame? Will you allow me to grant you that spark? Words aren't needed. Think only clearly on what you most desire, the whispers that haunt your consciousness. With a help of a match, I'll grant you your wish."

"Pah, I wouldn't call it bein' lost, y'know? I just took... an alternative route!  Made a left over here and turned a right over there-- t-takin' my time to really appreciate... g-grass! And the trees... eheh..."

"Excuse me? Down below?   Yes, you sir! Hello!"

With the most charming smile she could manage, Sketchbook grinned up at the taller boy and gave him a little wave. Act the role of the sweet little girl, give no hint to the extent of her trickery.. well, it was a persona that could easily crack and ripple. For this searing HATE, HATE, HATE that she felt for him was almost too much for her to bear.

"You look so pale... are you eating well?     Ring-a-ting-ting goes the warning bell."

Though she was hardly one to talk, with her skin of paper white. But as a sketchbook, it was how she was meant to be. Humans could not be so lucky, with their blemished skin of hues and blushes. But this one in particularly stood out as someone unfortunate, who needed her help. And for some reason, she would happily give it to him. The strange instinct to look after him was too strong to ignore.

"What are you doing, wearing something so silly?"

Where she had appeared from did not matter, because by this boy's side was where she was         meant to be. A bite from an insignificant little insect told her so and who would she be to disagree? And if the action was allowed, she would wrap an arm around his, smiling at him with a schoolgirl's delight.

"Your face is like the sky, so much to see     Long lashes, glossy hair, fair smooth skin       Gosh dilly, you're just so pretty!        But colored in green, oh what a sin..."

Would anyone like an infatuated Sketchbook at their heels? Or a sketchbook full of loathing? Either way, she'll probably try to harm you to the best of her ability. Friendship or familial love would involve her doting on you instead though, in her own little way.

Her face was messy with ink smears and her cheek had swollen considerably in the last hour, covered in a shiny new bruise thanks to a certain little boy. But despite that, Sketchbook seemed to be doing fairly well, sitting on a bench and eating from a box of chocolates.

But every chew was accompanied by a soft,
