I use ellipsus! I prefer it over Google Docs because it has more skins so I can switch it up when my eyes start to get sore; plus itās a lot easier to share a reader link with people for proof reading or just general sharing. It also looks a lot nicer than google docs.

It's also free to use; with a paid version for extra features (that you don't necessarily need; most of it is literally just EXTRA features that aren't required for the site to be functional in a normal way)
There are SOME issues; like the mobile version of the site can be finicky, but the pros by far outweigh the cons
