Orufrey and the Qiflings suffered a run-in with the Brimmed Caps, and have been turned into brush buddies 😱

Unfortunately, the Brimmed Caps immediately died from cuteness overload, so our heroes' most direct path back to humanity is no longer available 😓

Hopefully the casualties can be kept to a minimum until a solution is found...

I actually started this one first, then got overwhelmed and switched to the creative misinterpretation.

Emotional support demon for my sister.

Twelve days ago, I finished the first 2025 Christmas needle felt. Foolishly, I took that as a sign that I was on track to finish earlier than ever before.

Depression took one look at me trying to get things done in a timely manner and went "Can't have that, lemme just turn the motivation dial down."

Finally, Anxiety burst in panicking about how Christmas was a little over a week away and I'd only finished one project ;-;

ANXIETY OVERRIDE ACTIVATE

Polar bear cubs for parents, since in previous years they've each gotten an adult polar bear, so I made a pair of cubs to finish the family.

Starting out with creative misinterpretation for my maternal aunt.

From this year's list, I have chosen: bubbles.

The misinterpretation: bubbles, the yellow tang from Finding Nemo.

I know the eyes are wrong, I based it on a RL yellow tang because the cartoon eyes might clue her in that this is a character.
