Karr and Kitt both hate water, for different reasons:

See Karr who was trapped at a beach for 2 years would probably dislike it. Now pair that with the fact of instead of figuring the logistics on how to swim, he's more focused on the fact that it's trying to pull him under- water-

Now, Kitt who had a literal acid bath would probably hate being submerged in ANY kind of liquid regardless of how harmless it is.

They also are both horrible swimmers to begin with.

Kro hates summer:

The more i think about it the less surprised i am that what ever happened actually happened. Constantly being compared to someone perceived to be superior to you? Someone you know you can never replace? Someone who youre constantly reminded of is better than you?

And then being forced to be just as good or even better? That works for a while but it doesnt work forever.
