I’m back! So so sorry I had a lot of things happen and I was not mentally able to continue for awhile. I do want to also add I suck at trying to explain a torture scene so sorry in advance.

Nats Pov

I angrily hit the computer, exclaiming, “For fuck sake, this is ridiculous!” Frustrated, I paced the room. Tony looked up, staring at the now-broken computer. “I suppose nothing on the watch,” he sighed.

I give him another dirty look as he raises his hands. “Well, calm down because I did find something,” he says. “Someone was flying a drone, and fortunately, I was able to hack into it and capture this footage.” He shows a video of Y/N unconsciously being thrown into a van by someone wearing a black mask.

I stare at the screen, feeling a surge of worry and anger rise within me. “I’m working on following it by street cameras,” he says. “I should hopefully have it narrowed down.” He says softly, trying to reassure me. “Find her Stark.” I simply walk out of the room.

I can’t shake the feeling of worry gnawing at me, wondering about the identity of the person who took Wanda. As I rub my face, I head upstairs, disregarding everyone in the commons. I make my way straight to where I knew Wanda would be. In the kitchen, I find her cooking, a familiar activity she engages in when she’s stressed or worried.

I step forward and notice all the baking essentials laid out. As I watch Wanda mix brownie batter, I glance at the cookies already in the oven. “We have a video from a drone of someone taking her,” I say gently, watching as she freezes, letting go of the whisk. She turns straight towards me.

Straight anger flashes across her eyes, “Tony’s following it now. We’ll find her.” I reach out and touch her shoulder, and she nods. A spark of red dashes flashes along her eyes. “When we do, you know we’re both going,” she says. I nod in agreement. “Yes, we will,” I say, kissing her forehead.

Y/N pov

I let out another scream as my body jolts forward and starts to spasm as the electricity yet again goes through my body. He steps back stopping it yet again as i catch my breathe my muscles spasming still.

Jake crouches a sadistic smirk crossing his scarred face as he watches me writher from the aftershocks “ I have something even more fun then electricity “ He smirks walking around “ I wonder how long till i break you “ He hums.

It felt like hours as he used different tools watching me cry out in pain trying to fight against it at times. At some point i dont remember when it happened but i ended up passing out.

I giggle as my 6 year old body runs along the pool jake chasing me laughing aswell. “ I’m gonna get you “ jake hollers. I shake my head running some more before his arms wrap around me lifting me up “ got you!” He laughs i giggle wiggling in his arms.

“ Not fair” I laugh as he starts to tickle me wiggling away. He lets me down finally as i catch my breathe sitting on the edge of the pool. Jake sits down next to me leaning back “ you know Y/N i’ll always be your big brother i’ll make sure no one ever lays there hands on you “ He says softly as i look up smiling.

“ I know jake i trust you “ I giggle.

Jake grins “ good now let’s swim”

Jake stands up jumping into the water i giggle as i go to jump into the water.

I jolt over cold water enveloping My face my eyes opening wide as i realize hes shoving my head into water i struggle to breathe before he pulls me out “ Shields trained you good. Jakes sadistic smile shows i stare at the marred face of my brother. Is he my brother? No hes not he can’t be my real brother woudln’t do this right? I feel as ting against my face snapping me out of my thoughts.

“ focus now Y/N it’s only been five days i know you can last longer than that”

He smirks evilly as he lets me fall on the ground soaked from the water. I let the tears fall as i lay my head on the hard floor my mind trying to disassociate to protect myself from the torture.

Has it really only been five days? Why does it feel so much longer? Theyre gonna find me right?

I feel the familiar prick of the needle jake uses on me to make sure my powers were buffered so i couldn’t hurt him.

I stare off into space my mind not comprehending anything anymore. I just want to go back to the tower and see my teammates. What if they don’t come for me?

What if theyre like my brother and they actually hate me? No they wouldn’t, would they?

Wanda’s POV

I sit in the meeting as tony goes over spots “ So i cross referenced a few area’s and had jarvis help me theres a few old factories that aren’t in used but two of them are owned under someone that doesn’t exist “ Tony says.

Natasha leans forward “ do you think thats where she’s at?”

Tony shrugs closing “ I hope so it’s the best we got” He says. Fury stands up “ I want yelena, kate and natasha and steve to check building A. Tony, Wanda and bruce and bucky You’re in building B.” He syas

“ Find her” He comments leaving the debriefing room frustration evident on his face and slight hope.

I stand up with everyone else leaving to get suited up shutting my eyes “ Please be the place” I mumble getting on the quinjet.

Y/Ns POV

I gaze into the distance, the pain gradually fading as my mind attempts to detach itself from everything. My thoughts wander back to Wanda and Natasha, wondering if they’ll ever find me. Do they genuinely care? Perhaps they merely treated me as they did out of pity.

I hear a distinct slam before coming back seeing my brother as he grips my chin roughly. “We’ve been found out, dear sister,” he mumbles, menacing his grip painful. “ I’ll see you very soon, don’t you worry,” he smirks, injecting some type of liquid. It was different from the ones before. My eyes bulge as my body withers in the chains.

I feel the burning sensation from the injection site slowly fill my whole body as I start to jerk again. The chains my head falling back so consumed by the pain as I scream. I don’t notice him fleeing before a loud boom echoes through the facility.

I hear voices but I can’t comprehend anything as I cry out from the pain, tears streaming down as everything starts to go in and out.

Y/N- uh Bruce this is safe right?

Bruce - oh yeah safe as can be

* Tony comes up to hook a wire onto you *

Tony- now we’re just gonna turn this on

* he presses the button to start it and next thing you know Bruce and Tony run out the room hiding behind the wall*

Warnings a little bit talk about killing themself its just one word but wanted to warn you.

Wanda’s POV

(Surprise! I’m gonna start adding POV’s now to make it more fun!)

I sigh in relief when we get on the quinjet wanting nothing more than to get to the tower to see Y/N. It has been over two weeks since Natasha and I have seen her since the mission went a lot longer than we expected.

I looked over to Natasha who looked just as anxious to see Y/N again moving slightly closer. I let a  gentle smile grace my lips. “ I think you're more eager to see her then I am” I tease playfully, kissing her cheek. I watch as her cheeks redden as she tries to play it off “ No i just- well i- ugh shut up” She grumbles.

I giggle as the quinjet lands softly  eagerly jumping up “ Let’s go find our girl” I say excited as nat stands up as well trying to play off that she’s not that excited as we head on down the ramp.

We go in and immediately I frown my eyes glancing around as I look towards nat i don’t hear her thoughts “ She must be out” I comment hearing a loud commotion. Immediately NAt and I take off in the direction heading into the debriefing room opening the door. I see a pissed Fury, a frustrated Maria and a distraught Tony, Bucky and Kate and Yelena. “ What’s going on?” Nat asks which catches everyone by surprise looking at us.

“ Sestra you're back” Yelena says with panic in her eyes. “ What's going on” Nat says slowly as Tony gulps” Well you see we were given a signal that Y/n had activated so by the time we went to where the signal came she was gone and all that was left was her phone and shield watch” Tony says slowly.

Immediately I felt the panic rise “ What!” I exclaim worry and grief hitting me “ we gotta find her” I say as Nick sighs “ were trying i knew i should of implanted that fucking tacker in her” He says rubbing his face “ I want all hands on deck were missing our team mate check all cameras we don’t rest till shes found” He snaps walking out of the room maria already on the phone as she follows Fury out. 

I look over to say something to Nat but see her already walking out already knowing she's going to the gym with how loud her thoughts were. I shut my eyes “ Please be okay “ I whisper to myself leaving to see if i meditate maybe i can find her that way.

Y/N Pov 

I feel a cold bucket of water hit me before I sit up gasping, waking up drenched in ice cold water. My eyes scan around what looks to be an old factory before landing on The figure he was draped in a long dark cloak. He had on a  mask smooth, featureless, and unsettlingly blank, as though it’s an extension of the darkness itself. Its eyes are hidden, leaving only an eerie stillness in the figure’s face. A chilling aura surrounds it, as if the very air tightens in its wake.

The figure steps forward “ Ah finally you're awake” He says his voice deep. He steps closer crouching as I stare at him frustrated that I let him get me “ Who the hell are you?” I hissed.

He tilts his head and stands up “ Surprised you don’t know the voice of your own brother”. At that my body goes into a completely cold shock showing on my face. 

“ J-Jake? “ I ask caught off guard as he removes his mask slowly to show that it was indeed him. The blue eyes and half scarred face from where I burnt him.

“W-why are you doing this? “ I ask as he steps closer the loving and caring look I grew up seeing was replaced with complete hatred. "Why? Look what you fucking did to me” He snaps his hand gripping my jaw tightly.

“ You fucking almost killed me i’m living with a reminder of what you fucking did i lost my arm because of you my body is so scarred no one will look at me unless it’s complete disgust” He hisses throwing me back against the pole i was chained to i wince “ If it wasn’t because of hydra i would of killed myself “ He says pacing the the floor.

“ They gave me a new arm just like the winter soldier but better” He smirks “ Now i can make you suffer just as much as i had”

I try to get out of the chains, my eyes widening when I realize I can't use my powers. “ Good luck trying, I gave you a serum that blocks your powers.” He says.

“ Please Jake i didn’t mean to i thought dad was gonna kill you i didn’t even know i had these powers” I beg.

“ Jake it’s me” I beg I notice something flicker in his eyes before they harden again as he swipes his hand back smacking me across the face hard enough to wear. I start tasting iron. My head falls down as i spit some of the blood out “ shut up” He hisses “ I don’t care for your dumb excuses” he hisses walking away through a door i let my tears fall down my face.my head leaning against the pole. Hoping Wanda and Nat were back and okay. I shut my eyes worried about what’s gonna happen and if they would find me in time.

Wanda:*looks in concern* what’s wrong detka?

Y/N: I wish I was a turkey on thanksgiving

Wanda: * taken aback* what why?

Y/N: because I want to be stuffed and eaten

Wanda:….

So I suck lol I'm sorry this one took so long school and this mixed does not go well at times. I hope you like this chapter and i promise i will bring next chapter out by next week i'm going on vacation and the drive is 16 hours so i'll have time to work on this! let me know how you guys like this chapter please!

It was weird how our dynamic changed within a week. I haven't had a single nightmare since i started staying with Natasha and wanda it still confuses me why they've been so adamant on me staying with them each night there was a few nights in the beginning of the week where i tried to sleep in my own room feeling bad for bothering them but each time they’d just go straight in my roo to lay with me instead.

I gave up after that and kinda just got used to it i liked not having the nightmares and for once in my life since i was younger i felt safe and protected it was nice having that feeling. It also caused us to get a lot closer. I felt like I was always with them. Now one of us was with the other or together all at the same time. 

But that changed when wanda and natasha had to go on a mission but the worst part about this mission was it was no contact nor was there a set day for them to come back either. It was both nerve wracking and I hated how it made me feel knowing I shouldn't be feeling this way. Sighing to myself i see Natasha and wanda head on over to me dressed in there undercover clothes “ Will you be okay? Wanda asks worriedly.

I nod “ Don’t worry i’m a big girl “ I comment reassuringly even though deep down i know i’m struggling i just show  a happy face” be careful please” I say softly worry evident on my face. Natasha smirks “ It’ll be wanda and i and captain america everything will be fine” Natasha says. I roll my eyes “ Okay “ I laugh giving them each a hug “ But seriously i want my two best friends to make sure to be safe” I say not noticing the small frown on the two red heads faces when i had said best friend. By the time I looked up they were back to smiling at me. “ So have a safe trip and be back in time” I say as they nod giving me one last hug before they head out onto the quinjet steve following not long after he gets out of the elevator as he waves at me before leaving. 

I sigh and slouch in my couch “ so you have a thing for my sestra and her girlfriend L/N Y/N “ I jump off the couch meeting yelena's eyes as mine widen “ Wait what!?” I exclaim my eyes bulging as Kate walks in giggling “ Yelena leave her alone” She says sitting on the couch.

“ What? I’m just stating a fact i mean she gets all googly eyed on them” Yelena says as my cheeks redden “ She nots wrong Y/N and you’re even acting all depressed “ kate point out softly causing me to slouch in the couch again my face beat red. I let a loud scoff pass my lips “ I am not acting depressed” I say dismissively. I decide to sit up as Kate snorts “ Okay Y/N “ She says softly. 

I hear yelena snicker “ You’re such a love sick puppy” she comments” You know Y/N L/N you should well tell them” She shrugs as i give her a dirty look “ there’s Nothing to say to them” I snap as yelena raises an eye “ тупица”  ( Dumbass) I give her a dirty look “ I gotta go “ I grumble annoyed as i stand up and leave kate and yelena teasing me as i leave.

I decide to head into the elevator and go up getting off i head straight to furys office barging in as he looks up instantly” Do no- Oh Y/N what is it” He calms instantly as i sit in the chair across from him shrugging” Nothing just wanted to hang with the old man” I tease. 

He gives me an unamused look” I’m not old” HE corrects causing me to smirk “ Oh yeah yeah that’s what old people say” I tease as he gives me another look rolling his eyes he goes back to his paperwork “ what do you actually want ? “ He asks as I go serious. “ I wanted to know if you have any leads on him” I say, sitting straighter, fur humming and pulling out a folder. 

“ Honestly nothing after he left the hospital went dark” he says. I frown at grabbing the folder looking at the medical records. I scan over all the people looking at the picture. My heart was aching at what I was seeing. I close it, the guilt hitting me. 

“ Stop, I know that face, it was an accident. “ HE tries to reassure me as I look away hiding my emotions. “ Right,” I mumble, not believing a word he says, “ Just let me know if you find anything else,” I say standing up.

Fury sighs watching me leave “ You know i will” He says gently a tone he only ever uses for me as i leave his room . The image of my brother still embedded in my skull as I walk down the hall the memories of that night and his and my fathers screams of pain I shut my eyes taking a deep breath to control that memory before heading out needing a coffee.

I head down a street once I leave the avengers tower heading to a small coffee shop. I head inside placing an order for a caramel mocha. Thanking the barista, I sat down at a booth to stare out at all the people walking down the streets. I let my mind wander worried about Natasha and Wanda. I wonder how long they will be gone for. Knowing how no communication missions  go, it could be a few days or weeks. I shudder at hating this already.

I curse myself silently hating how i feel knowing it wasn’t right when they were together as well. I sigh to myself drinking my coffee before doing a double take standing up. I head out of the coffee shop looking through the crowded streets in a hurry. I know he was somewhere. I swear I saw him cursing when I didn't see him. I rubbed my temples, deciding to head back as I thought back to the figure I saw across the street. 

He looked like Jake. I swear that's who I saw the burnt side of his face but maybe I was hallucinating? Yeah I had to be there's no way that was him. I started walking back to the tower, my thoughts jumbled up by what I thought I saw.

The two weeks go by as I start to slowly struggle to sleep feeling like someone was watching at times I swore I saw my brother but I try to put that thought at the back of my mind since I've been struggling to sleep. It made more sense. It was my exhaustion fucking with me.

We still had no word from Natasha and Wanda. I did get some words out of fury, finding out that they might be coming back soon from the mission. That did get me a bit more upbeat. I start heading back to the tower as it starts to pour down tremendously. Cursing, I toss my coffee in a nearby trash can as I decide to take a short cut and go pull my hood up over my head. 

As I walk down the alley I feel some type of sharp pain in my shoulder groaning. I move my hand pulling it out of my shoulder. I realized it was what looked to be a tranquilizer dart. Unsure what the liquid was, I started to feel woozy moving my head. I blink seeing a figure walking down with a gun that I assume had the dart in it. I try to furrow my eyes moving to use my invisibility but struggle to.

The dark figure walks closer humming his face completely covered” sorry but you’re powers ain't gonna work i gave you a nice dose that stuns you're powers” The deep distorted voice says stumbling back words i curse before stumbling to run away the figure chuckles deeply “ Who i love a good game of cat and mouse” he starts following me slowly as i pass down another alley stumbling some more i blearily pull out my phone hitting the emergency button that sends to the tower hoping they can get to me in time. 

Everything starts to blur as i end up hitting a dead end i curse to myself turning around to make another run for it i freeze seeing him standing there “ i think this is the end of the game and the line” He says “ that tranquilizer should be doing it’s job by now “ He says coming closer as i start to slide down the wall.

Chapter 3

Sorry for late update I have college kicking my butt a little bit lol

“ You’re a shame to this fucking family!” Spit comes out hitting my brother jake's face as he stands there. I stare between the two horrified as jake looks at my dad heart broken “ Dad i can’t help it please!” he begs out as our dad raises his hand smacking him across the face so hard jake falls to the ground. I stare horrified running to jake “ Jake” I cry out falling to my knees as jakes tears run down his face “ I’m fine Y/N it’s okay “ He reassures me. A loud scoff reverberates across the room as I look over to see my fathers red angered face “ Y/N get away from him” He hisses causing tears to stream down my face scared of him “ No! He’s my brother!” I yell upset “ Don’t touch him” I cry out. 

“ Y/F/N i swear to god if you don’t get away from him i’ll make you “ he says angrily stepping closer causing Jake to pull me behind him “ you will not touch her dad “ jake says his voice wavering from the emotions.

Dad scoffs angrily as he steps forward “ Or what Jake you're not a part of this family no more no son of mine will live under this roof with this foolish shit you call love! I will not have a faggot living under the same roof as me” He snaps angrily causing jakes tears to run down his face “ Dad that’s not fair all because of who i love?” he cries out i hide my face in jakes shirt as the arguing gets louder jake stepping away from me as dad gets in his face. “ Get out of here” he yells angrily as i curl up hiding my head in my hands face against my nieces scared.

My head started to throb as the voices got louder before I heard a loud crash and looked up horrified to see my dad on top of my brother punching him. I cried out running to pull him off of him.” Stop it! Get off of him!” I cry out that my ten year old body is not strong enough. Next thing I know I feel a painful force hitting my face, blood pouring from my nose. Jake horrified moves to try to fight his face already bloody. The familiar pain rings though my eyes starting to burn. Next thing I know I'm seeing red. All I hear are screams yelling for it to stop- I sit up gasping the screams echoing in my brain. I try to catch my breath “ fuck no no stop “ I mumble rubbing my face the tears not stopping i take a few deep breathes. After a few minutes I finally get myself to calm down looking over at the time I sigh reading the big red numbers telling me 3:45 am.

Annoyed that I'm even up, I pull myself out of bed trudging knowing it’s gonna be yet another early day for me already struggling with my sleep from these nightmares. I walk out of my room heading to the kitchen pouring myself a glass of milk as I lean against the counter.

The echoes of the screams still echoing through my head as I drink the water sighing. I put the glass away in the sink tiredly. Heading to the elevator going into the training room I put my earbuds in wrapping my hands. I started punching the punching bag and the music blaring through the earbuds.

My mind goes back to that memory of my past, my hits hitting harder as I fall deeper into the memory. I start losing track of time before being shaken out of my memory by a worried looking Natasha and Wanda. I blink a few times, my mind clearing up as I clear my throat. “ oh sorry am i hogging the punching bag?” I ask to step back from it. 

Within seconds my hands are in Wanda’s hands all over mine worriedly” Y/N your hands are bleeding” She says as Natasha studies me” how long have you been up?” she questions causing me to shrug pulling my hands back “ Oh not that long just like maybe twenty minutes” I lie. 

“ Friday how long has Y/N been up for” Wanda says giving me a look causing my eyes to widen “ Miss Y/N has been up since 3;45 am it is now 7:00 am “ Fridays voice sounds through the training hall as i slouch my shoulders” You’ve been up for 3 hours” Wanda asks incredulously “ What’s going on are you okay?” She asks. I shrug “ I’m fine i just wasn't tired” I say shrugging lightly causing wanda to frown more “ You know we're here for you Y/N” I sigh pulling on a smile” 

Come on guys i’m fine seriously” I say “ I’m gonna go to med bay” I say walking away quickly. Leaving Natasha and wanda alone as they give each other worried looks.

I thank Dr.Cho as she finishes up wrapping my hands and bandaging them “ Now be careful with your hands for today they should be fine tomorrow.” She says as I nod” Yes ma'am” I smile again as I stand up and head out of the room heading up to the direction of the kitchen needing coffee.

I sigh my body dragging from exhaustion having a headache from the nightmare to just everything going on in general. I pour myself a cup of coffee, turning around and bumping into a hard chest pouring my coffee all over me. I hiss from the hot coffee burning my chest moving my eyes up in irritation all of the sudden to meet thor's panicked face. 

“ I am so sorry lady Y/N i didn’t mean to bump into you!” He exclaims causing my headache to worsen even more from his loud booming voice as he runs to grab me a paper towel as he goes to grab it he accidentally pulls the holder out of the wall causing the wall to break with it. He quickly tries to shove it back into the hole causing it to break even more as he rambles out curses. “ Fuck thor can you be anything but clumsy” I snap out not meaning to let those words out.

Thor turns around with shock on his face “ I’m sorry lady Y/n i didn’t mean to” He says causing me to scoff” Right” I grumble leaving the kitchen passing past two concerned red heads who follow me silently as i go into my room “ what do you two want? “ I ask turning around as NAt sits on the end of my bed while Wanda comes up. “ We're worried about you, the bags under your eyes, The way you acted with Thor and what happened in the gym this morning. Something is not okay,” Wanda says. 

I shrug “ I’m fine” I mumble as Nat scoffs” You’re anything but fine now spill where it helps to talk it out if you keep it in it’s gonna cause you to have a way worse breaking moment “ She says gently. I hesitate hating how right she was as i sit on the chair rubbing my temples “ I just struggle with my past” I say “ Sometimes i get nightmares more than i can handle of it and it’s just easier to stay awake then be alone sleeping in this room” I mumble rubbing my eyes. 

Nat and wanda share a look having a silent conversation between each other before looking at me “ Why don’t you stay with us?” Wanda asks gently. I look up in shock at that “ I don't know, wouldn't that just be weird for you guys?” I ask nervously as wanda scoffs “ No stay with us it’s better to have someone then be alone trust me i understand about what you struggle with wanda and i have had our fair share of nightmares it’s easier to deal with when you in the arms of someone you care for” She says standing up.

“ come on we have a free day you need a nap we’ll protect you promise wanda can help you have nice dreams to” Nat says dragging me to there room i follow silently hesitant as i nod. I get dragged into the bed by wanda as nat lays on the other side of me.

Chapter two

A/N a little bit of warning there's some fighting in this one mention of blood. let me know what you think of it i promise we will have more wandanat just trying not to rush it to fast.

It’s been a month since I became a part of the team and surprisingly Wanda and Natasha and I have gotten quite close. They've been inviting me to go out on walks with them, even watching movies in the living room. They’ve even invited me on a couple dates with them which I declined not wanting to intrude on their time together. It’s also not helping that I've grown a crush on them so I kind of try to avoid them a little bit but they don’t let me. I let out a groan rubbing my sides slightly to relieve the pain “ Fuck Nat whats the point of training when i’m on the floor “ I grumble as she let’s out a smirk” Not my fault you can’t keep up” She shrugs, scoffing I walk away “ Bullshit” I grumble “ Language” Steve hollers as i frown “ how the hell” I grumble “ you’re not even near me “ I comment “ I have good hearing “ He shrugs.

I roll my eyes as i head on out of the training rooms running into a body i start to fall before my body stops a force holding me up i realize it’s wanda i let out a slight smile” Hey there thanks for keeping me from falling” I comment as she smiles shrugging “ It’s no problem detka just be careful don’t want you hurting yourself” She comments causing me to salute “ ma’am yes ma’am” I say softly grinning at her. This causes her to roll her eyes at me “ you're insufferable” I scoff “ I thought i was your friend “ I comment grinning causing her to roll her eyes again “ go away” she laughs. I hum and head down the hall “ yeah yeah i’m going see ya” I call out heading to my room to shower i get changed tossing my dirty clothes in the hamper i sigh. 

“ Y/N your presence is being requested by the Director” I jump still not used to the AI “ Oh uh thank Friday” I mumble rubbing the back of my head i head out of my room heading up to the meeting room i head in seeing Tony and steve in there i nod too them seeing the director and Maria standing up. “ Y/L/N  how have you been holding up?” Maria asks, causing me to smile “ Not too bad, starks a bit annoying but it’s been good” I comment tony giving me a dirty look” Hey! I gave you my credit card and this is how you show your thanks?” HE says jokingly, causing me to laugh.

Fury clears his throat” It’s good to know you’re handling it all well Agent now i called you three here for a mission it’s pretty simple in and out.” Fury says pulling the files out and handing them to each of us “ You’re leaving in ten it’s a hydra base but i need stealth tony you're extraction steve you’re on incase it goes haywire and Y/N you are going in I chose you for you’re invisibility power so please don’t use the heat vision i need you guy to break into the lab and get all the information onto this drive” he says as i nod” Yes sir” I say grabbing the drive. “ Okay good you three get ready quinjet leaves in ten” He announces.

I get up heading out with Steve and tony. I head straight to my room packing up and changing into my suit and heading out bumping into Natasha and wanda “ Hey i thought we were going out for lunch?” Wanda asks in confusion causing me to wince “ Shit sorry i was given a mission i have to go Raincheck?” I ask, feeling bad as wanda looks at me worriedly Natasha humming “ Be careful don’t get hurt” Natasha says finally as wanda nods in agreement. I give them a smile “ You got it” I say heading down the hall in a hurry. Getting in the elevators I wave to them before they close.

I take a deep breathe nervously looking at the time as i get to the helipad where the quinjet is i head on tony and steve already in “ Took you long enough kid” Tony teases causing me to roll my eyes playfully “Sorry my suit doesn’t have the function to dress me itself” I say sarcastically causing tony to grin “ Thanks for giving me an idea for you’re new suit” He comments excitedly causing me to roll my eyes as i sit down steve driving the quinjet to the coordinates. “ We’ll be in there in an hour” He calls out. I sit back to relax as tony does his own thing.

I decide to pull the file out going over the mission in my head and studying the layout. Not much later we go towards a spot pretty ar from detection i get ready to head ou as we put our comms in.” ok Y/N this is a pretty simple mission let us know if you end up with any problems okay? Tony will be on standby and also be you’re eyes he’ll be hacked into the camera systems to help you just incase. “ Steve says standing by “ just let me know when you need extraction incase of an emergency i’ll be there to get you” He says. I take a moment to digest everything he says before nodding “ Okay got it “ I say heading off the quinjet i wave before going invisible tony grins” That’s so cool” HE mumbles steve shaking his head. I head in the direction quietly before geeting to the base.

I watch the guards going past them and silently following one inside making sure my breathing is slow and quiet as i make my way behind the guard going down a hall i quickly move against the wall as a groupd of hydra agents walk past. I wait a few minutes before walking again as i go down another hall recalling the lay out i stop at a door praying i went the right way as i open it slowly seeing a few hydra agents i curse before quietly and quickly taking them out thankful that there were only three. I appear back as i start tapping into the system tapping on the comm in my ear “ Okay i made it Tony i need you to get on the cameras outside the room to let me know of anyone coming in this is gonna take a minute” I say

“ Alright i got in Kid youre all clear now” He says causing me to nod as i focus on the computer putting the drive in to start the downloading process “ Okay tony we might havea problem” I say “ Whats wrong?” His voice comes through with concern in his tone “ They know i’m here they must of had something that tripped in the files “ I say as he curses” Yeah theres a group of agents heading your way now” He says quickly causing a groan to leave my lips “ Oh of course why wouldn’t there be” I grumble turning to the door as it breaks open “ on my way kid “ He says quickly i just let a noise out in reply ducking out of the way of a hydra agent as another one goes for a punch i quickly back up again kicking his chest. One goes to shoot at me but i quickly pull the agent next to me causing him to get shot as i push him into the other agent cursing since i cant use the heat vision in this small room. I try my best to keep them away from the drive glancing to see how long it has before duck when one of them goes to hit me with a baton “ why the fuck do you have a electric coming from that you psycho” I exclaim ducking again.

I quickly knock another down getting a bit overwhelmed by the mount coming as im distracted i feel an electric current hit me cuasing my body to jolt i fall to the ground for a second groaning in pain.i quickly shake out of it when one of them starts to grab me groaning i throw my head back hitting them in the nose when they pull me up kicking my feet out to knock him down i end up getting punched in the face before tony breaks in “ fucking took you long enough” I snap as he deals with the rest “ sorry sorry i took a wrong turn “ He says as i roll my eyes and start pulling the drive out “ yeah yeah get me the fuck outta here “ i say as he grabs me blasting his way through as he flies us out to the quinjet landing i stumble a bit before standing straight and getting in as we get out of there i buckle up and lean back in my chair tony handing me a rag “ you’re nose is bleeding kid” he says cuaisng me to thank him laying it on my nose pinching it as i lean back tiredly. “ you did good kid “ he says patting my shoulder before sitting down aswell not long later i fall asleep.

A 8 year old Y/N runs along the road giggling “ come on Jake were gonna be late to the movie!” Y/N exclaims as Jake her 15 year old brother laughs “ I’m coming i’m coming” He says jogging up to catch up with her as he picks hers up tickling her she starts to laugh wiggling a little in his arms “ now stay with me don’t want you getting lost” he says softly as she pouts “ I’m sorry jake” she say as he sets her down “ It’s fine cutie” he says messing up her hair “ I’m just kidding i would never lose you i’ll always be by yourside “ he says as she looks up “ promise?” She asks quietly as he nods kneeling downto her height he holds his pinkie out “ I pinkie promise” He says causing her to smile widely wrapping her pinkie around his.

I shake awake when the quinjet lands rubbing my eyes i realize they were wet quickly looking to make sure tony didn’t notice before relaxing realizing he was sleeping aswell clearing my throat i unbuckle as tony start waking up steve comes out of the pilot seat “ alright don’t forget to fill out your mission reports” he says tony groaning and grumbling as he leaves and i just nod heading off heading straight inside as much as i wanted to bathe i needed to get the mission report done before i forget so i head straight into one of the meeting rooms and sitting down getting started on the mission report making sure to write down each detail of everything that happened. 

I end up losing track of time as i work on the report before not long i hear a person clear there throat. Jolting me from what i was doing i look up to see natasha arms crossed as she leans on the doorframe “ You should get cleaned up “ she states states studying me as i sigh “ i know but i prefer doing the  report now while it’s all on my mind “ I shrug leaning back in my chair “ Yeah well you look like shit with that black eye and swollen bloody nose” she deadpans causing me to roll my eyes “ Thanks” i say sarcastically. 

I lean back tiredly “ I will i’m done anyways” I sigh putting the report away i stand up “ I gotta give this to maria first though” i comment holding the drive in my hand as she hums taking it out of my hand” Go wash up” she orders “ I’ll do this” she says leaving causing me to blink dumb founded by that i sigh getting up and trudging to the elevators going up to my floor i get out and head down to my room pressing the button the doors open up for me as i trudge in undressing i wince looking down at my sidd where i got shocked my skin turning black and blue “ fucking asshole sucha cheap shot” i grumble heading into my bathroom i turn the shower on looking in the mirror hissing at the dried up blood and swollen right eye i touch my tender nose” Fuck you look ugly” i mumble to myself as i head in the shower. I start washing away the dried up blood and wash my hair enjoying the hot water as it relaxes my muscles. Letting my eyes slowly shut enjoying this moment. I stay in the shower for a bit longer before getting out and drying up i stumble out of the room and get changed heading out to the kitchen my stomach grumbling as i go through the fridge “ I left you food in the microwave detka” a sweet angelic voice says turing around i grin “ wanda you are the best” i say happily opening it and pulling the plate out to see its spaghetti i grin excitedly setting it down as i shovel it into my mouth as wanda shakes her head “ Slow down” she scolds causing me to eat slower “ sorry” i mumble with a mouth full of food.

She rolls her eyes “ make sure to ice that eye of yours” she warns as i nod grinning at you “ yes maam” i mumble eating some more of the spaghetti happily. She shakes her her head and hums” don’t forget to rest tommorrow” she says softly before heading off to her and natashas room. I finish eating before heading back to my room collapsing on the bed i turn the tv on and just lay there. My thoughts traveling to old memories of when i was younger hating that i keep going back to that horrible day i shake my head i cover my eyes in annoyance trying to keep my emotions at bay. As i rub my face some more i stare at the tv deciding to just stay up not wanting to relive anymore of those moments.

Chapter One

Life and death is a beautiful love story in many eyes. Life would always give gifts to death and death would cherish these gifts. Life always knew how to show death love and didn’t care how he looked because she loved death for what was inside. It’s a beautiful and tragic love story.

I let out a frustrated noise staring at the laptop unsure what else to write on my blog as music plays through my earbuds. Rubbing my face I shut it glancing at the time realizing how late I am eyes widening “ shit” I curse under my breath packing it away and putting my earbuds away. Running out of the small little cafe I ran out onto the busy streets of New York. Heading in the direction of the avengers tower already knowing how mad Fury’s gonna be with me for how late i am. 

Running in with my bag in hand I stop inside catching my breath showing my shield badge before they even make a comment as I get into the elevator clicking on the floor I was told I lean back against it, eyes shut already knowing I'm ruining my first impression with everyone. Getting out of the elevator I quickly fix myself checking to make sure my flannel is buttoned correctly before opening up the meeting room seeing a bunch of eyes turn to me. “ Ah agent L/N nice for you to join us” Fury says as i give a sheepish smile “ sorry sir i lost track of time ” i admit sheepishly as he rolls his eyes.  He turns back to the group at the table “ Everyone this is your new recruit Agent Y/N L/N” Fury states as I awkwardly wave. Tony frowns leaning forward “ I didn’t know we were adding to the team Nick I mean no offense kid but you look 17” he says as i roll my eyes “ i’m 24 Stark “ I comment as tony raises an eye “ Really?” He comments surprised.

Fury clears his throat “ Agent L/N has been apart of the shield program since she was 10 learning to control her powers and then became an agent at 16 she's very well capable of being apart of the team especially with her invisibility and heat vision she’ll be a good asset to the team.” Fury states as Tony's eyes grow wide in excitement “ Wait you have heat vision! Oh man you are so showing us how that works” He says excitedly as i blink nodding slowly” Uh okay? “ I comment “ really Stark can you ever be not childish”  hearing a very beautiful angelic voice speak up next causes my eyes to turn to two very beautiful redheads instantly knowing them as the scarlet witch and black widow. “ I’m just saying it’s pretty cool you gotta admit beams shooting from your eyes I’m sorry i find it interesting Nat” Tony says back.

Nick shakes his head as he clears his throat silencing the bickering “ She’s gonna live here on Romanoff and maximoffs floor now I have to go. Make her feel welcomed “ he states before leaving as Steve stands up “ Well it's nice to meet you i'm steve and this is my boyfriend bucky we have to go on a mission but when we get back we’ll get to know you more” Steve says before shaking my hand and leaving. I turn to the rest “ I’m natasha and this is my fiance wanda and sister Yelena and her girlfriend kate” I smile in greeting “ it’s nice to meet you all i already know who you guys are i read your’re files before i came here” I admit sheepishly as nat raises an eye “  well let nat and i show you around and to your room” Wanda says excitedly as i nod “ That works it was wonderful meeting you guys” I comment noticing we were missing a few more of the avengers shrugging off. I turn to them and nod “ lead the way” . I comment as Natasha and Wanda walk out holding hands I follow behind in an instant.

I couldn’t get over how beautiful they were, quickly shaking my head from those thoughts knowing how wrong they were when they're both together and not wanting to ruin this opportunity for myself.  “ So Y/N this is the floor we all came out of it’s for meetings. Now this room down the hall is the dining room. We normally all eat together here. It's in Tony’s words a bonding experience "Wanda says as we get into the elevator. The next hour i get dragged around being shown around and finally going to our floor” and this is our floor kate and Yelena live here to but they normally stay at their apartment and carol room is on this floor as well but shes out on a mission in space so it’s mainly just us your room is across from ours so if ever you need anything don’t hesitate to ask us and if you can’t find us just ask friday” she says i nod slowly already being told about the ai in the building i clear my throat “ Okay well thank you i’ll head in and get settled then” I say.

Wanda nods at me while Natasha stays quiet. I couldn't tell if she didn’t trust me or what but yet again i didn’t blame her I am new out of the blue. I thank them before heading into my room letting out a sigh i look around it grinning at the fact i had my own bathroom and bed something i never had in shield having to always share with all the other agents in the program i set my bag down and plop on the bed laying my arms out i grin in excitement not believing the fact i was really apart of the avengers all my hard work finally paid off. Relaxing into the bed my  mind drifts off as sleep starts taking over falling into sleep.

Thump. Thump. Thump.

My heart beat rings in my ears as I control my breathing, my knees against my chest trying to calm down as the tears stream down my face staring at what once was my home now completely gone burn marks on the ground. Hearing the leaves crunch behind me i instantly turn invisible seeing a tall black figure walk out” I’m not here to hurt you i know this was an accident i’m here to offer you a safe place to control this “ says a rough but soft voice hesitating i slowly show myself his eyes meeting mine he kneels in front of me slowly offering his hand” it wasn't your fault come with me” he says softly i slowly grab his hand as he lets a soft smile grace his lips he helps me up

“Miss L/N miss maximoff wants to know if you're joining them for dinner” I open my eyes quickly caught off guard from my dream more like memory nodding i clear my throat sitting up” Uh yes friday go ahead and confirm that with her” I say stretching i get out of bed and head into the bathroom to take a quick shower before then to clear my thoughts.

Walking out I open up my bag making note to go shopping tomorrow before throwing on my sweatpants and oversized green day shirt. Heading out of the room I recounted how to get to the dining room before heading in the direction I remember Nat and Wanda showed me. Walking in I see it's just Natasha and Wanda in the kitchen glancing around curiously “ where’s everyone else? “ i raise an eye as wanda turns around from her pan grinning “ you came! And They're all either on a mission or out” She says “ It’s just nat and I is that a problem? She questions tilting her head slightly and I quickly shake my head “ Oh! No no I was just curious” I say quickly as she nods and sends you a smile turning away as Natasha looks at me “ well go ahead and sit down we’ll bring the food out wands made paprikash'' Natasha comments my eyes widen and nod “ oh sweet i haven’t had that dish in awhile it's so good” I comment excited which catches wanda off guard “ You’ve had it? “ She asks as i nod” Yep i had it when i was in sokovia i was apart of the relief team well uh my parents were a nice old lady had made it for us “ I smile at the memory as wanda looks at me in awe at that “ wow well then you’ll love my dish” she grins causing me to smile” can’t wait “ i comment “ it smells delicious “ i compliment causing her to blush slightly catching me by surprise I don’t think to much into it as i head to the table sitting down.

After 15 minutes Wanda and Natasha come out, Natasha handing me a plate as Wanda sets the pan in the middle of the table before they both sit down across from me. I make my plate and grab my fork taking a bite. I widen my eyes. “ This is so good, better than how I remembered it “ I compliment continuing to eat quite fast. Something i’ve always done” Thank you so tell us Y/N what made you join shield especially at such a young age” Wanda asks curiously i hum setting my fork down and shrug “ Honestly it was either join shield or live on the streets I have so much to thank fury for i mean he’s the person you brought me in and believed in me when i didn’t “ i comment shrugging my mind going back to the memory” because of him i can control my heat vision where i don’t have to wear the stupid glasses they made for me “ i comment as wanda and natasha listen. “ Well i can’t wait to see how good you are on the mats” Natasha smirks causing my eyes to widen” wait i have to fight the black widow” I say shocked and kinda scared as nat nods wanda giggling” Yep i’ll be hand to hand combat training every morning “ Natasha smirks as i groan 

Y/N - “holy mother of god! Did you see that?”

Natasha taking someone down “kinda busy dealing with these agents what exactly are you fangirling about?”

Y/N - “I just watched Wanda use her wiggly woos to throw the agents away with ease! She’s a fucking goddess “ she swoons

Wanda’s face goes bright red since there all on the same comm link as a annoyed huff from Natasha comes through
