I don’t know what I’m doing anymore.
OH FUCK
OH SHIT
Does Chron have the crusher or the pincer?
ooc: I do not know it’s up to interpretation I suppose, as I haven’t quite thought out what type of crab he is either
you should create a little gazebo for *us.
[Picture Crarthur on your shoulder whispering into your ear like those little devils on your shoulder] -🦀
*all the Johns and Arthurs
“Okay.”
“You know, I liked you from the start and I’ve never doubted you.”
tapping shoulder reassuringly and definitely not manipulatively
“I already said yes, you don’t have to lie.”
“I would never lie to you. Stop gaslighting yourself.”
[evil crab noises intensify]
“Crathur I swear to god.”
“I think you’ll find putting your faith in him won’t help you in this situation.”
[pat pat]
“You know full well that’s an expression.”
I know.. I know. That’s why your my favorite, expressions are, in a way, poetic.
I like poetry, you like poetry. You see what I mean?
“That you want me to build a gazebo?”
“Wow, now that’s a great idea.”
Crarthur swings from their lapel to the collar of their shirt, holding on with his(and Crohn’s) tiny claw, face to face with The Manager.
“Do you know what would also be nice-?”
“What?”
“-A FUCKING EXPLANATION!!!”
How? Why!! Everything in here is ginormous! And I was think oh surely this isn’t- it I was assuming it was all sized for humans- but no!! NO!! I’ve seen books, cups, beds, that are still larger than that, but oh. Apparently you only had the budget for a glass tank for smaller beings like myself did you?”
[hes fuming]
I get a drink and people fumble around for a container, I’ve had to sleep on old newspaper for goodness sakes- and I am all too aware of the fact that in this— this place. Most crustaceans you’d see apparently don’t talk or wear cloths. But that’s besides the point.
I need space that isn’t a cage, or a tank, or a pit.
So when you make this ‘gazebo or area or whatever.’ Listen to me! When you make this, I’d better see a spot where Crohn and I get the same treatment, same materials as everyone else.
Am I making myself clear?
*they stared for a minute.*
“… one, okay. Two, please bring things up to me directly next time. Three, whats a comfortable size for a doorway?”
Crarthur sighs, or grumbles it’s hard to tell, he slides down onto the floor,
“right. sorry.”
Just something I don’t have to climb up to open.

Can we do an actual drag show? pretty please?
Ooc
Bro I’ve been waiting for y’all to put one on. That’s not my decision.
@bill-rose
this you?
Crarthur climbed up to the bar and sat himself on a seat. “Hello, I would like to order a shot, and Crohn would like something to read.” He pulled money out of his suit pocket and placed it on the bar, waiting patiently.
-🦀
*The Bartender blinked for a moment, then nodded. He gave Crathur a blood and sand that he carefully made in a shot glass and then went to get a book before stopping.*
“Sorry, I don’t think we have any books you size. Is it okay if the book is like—“
*he mimed the size of the average book.*
“This big?”
His crustacean face shriveled a little in disapproval, once again it appeared his size was an issue to these people, “no, it doesn’t matter, larger text is easier to read after all!” Crarthur debated the fact that a book may be difficult to flip through if twice his size, “just- a newspaper will work just as well.”
“Okay.”
*Oliver went around and eventually came back with a decently small thriller.*
“I’m really sorry, we’ll adjust soon, but we’ve never had anyone your size in here before. I’ll see if we can get anything printed smaller.”
“It’s fine,” he sighed “we’re used to needing to adapt.” He tipped the glass to his mouth gleefully “ah, I haven’t had a good drink in so long,” he was making a mess. Ew
*eh. It could be cleaned up later.*
“Gone through a lot?”
“hm? Oh.. wouldn’t you know it.”
he subconsciously whipped his face on his tie to Chrohns disapproval, “well, given the fact that there are others like me, maybe you do.”
“Not the details, but yes.”
Crarthur sighed, “hungry creatures follow us everywhere, I’ve nearly had my legs removed by an overgrown oyster hahha.. humans, cults, it’s hard to really put a start to it.”
“Hm” … “You know what? the oyster is a good one. It was earlier on when I hadn’t gotten used to all this. Let’s see I was untangling myself from some netting, Crohn was trying to warn me about something but I didn’t listen, something about teeth and fins like mountains, then it hit me,”
he paused to laugh, “this thing actually hit me! Right in the side, of course I was going to panic, learned to listen to Crohn more.. then it started biting and we had to get out of there, we crawled into what we thought was a cave, waited til it disappeared, but when we tried leaving, the oyster that we thought was a cave had closed down on my leg, pulling didn’t help, if it wasn’t for Crohn wedging a piece of driftwood in there, then I probably would have hurt myself severely."
“Really? Strange. I think the same thing happened to the human version of you. Except for the fact that it is wasn’t an oyster but a very oversized octopus.”
“OCTOPI EXIST HERE?!”
Crarthur thought that was a his dimension specific thing
“Wait wait.. like eight legs and a crushing beak underneath?”
Crarthur climbed up to the bar and sat himself on a seat. “Hello, I would like to order a shot, and Crohn would like something to read.” He pulled money out of his suit pocket and placed it on the bar, waiting patiently.

Fucking Crayne.. I can’t.. your existence is going to explode my brain
’Crayne’ never existed to begin with, there was a version of the clawing chaos, but Kayne destroyed it long ago.
