Beware of being your own worst critic. I was in between sets at the gym, looking into the mirror wall and just critiquing everything on me I didn't like and basically tearing myself down. Then when I got up and turned around there was a reflection in the window that looked like some guy behind me and he was in great shape and I thought "that's what I need to look like.
