As our community continues to grow, we’re outgrowing our "borrowed" spaces. We would like to begin working toward a dream we’ve had for some time: a permanent community location right here in Carrollton. Imagine a dedicated, safe space that belongs to all of us - a home for the events you already love, and so much more:
Community & Support: A consistent, private place for peer support groups and LGBTQIA+ resources like a clothing closet.
Creative Hub: A studio for Artist Activities and workshops where our local creatives can collaborate.
Family & Fun: A "living room" for Family Game Nights, holiday potlucks, and our annual Friendsgiving.
Youth & Advocacy: A safe drop-in center for LGBTQIA+ youth and a home base for our community outreach projects.
Education & Events: A venue for guest speakers, planning our annual Pride Festival, and organizing local parade participation.
To make this vision a reality, we need more than just one-time gifts; we need a steady foundation. This is why we are looking for Founding Sustainers to join our monthly giving circle.
