Your High Servant draws out his next words. He speaks too slowly. It even resembles the painstaking slowness of a confused child. "Someone you have never met and barely know anything about?"
You simply nod at the perfect summary. But when you offer him a smile as pleasant as a clear sunny morning, your conversation partner's brows knit together so tightly you're afraid they will never smooth out again.
"Is this some sort of riddle that I'm not aware of, My Consort?"
Oh why does his voice sound so utterly lost? And why does he think it's a riddle? Was the hello not clear enough? You shake your head, thoroughly bewildered by your attendant's bewilderment.
And yet despite all your kind efforts to ease your High Servant's confusion by explaining your wish for the third time, you are rewarded by such a dramatic display. Those fiery eyes that have been quietly judging ever since you voiced your request have abandon all subtlety as they narrow into tiny slits. He now look at you as though you've just casually confessed to stealing the King's personal stash of sweets and kicking his royal dog.
"What?" you ask incredulously.
What with that ridiculous gaze? There's nothing wrong with your wish, you recall. It's a perfectly reasonable request! You even remembered your manners and said please. Surely there's nothing strange about wishing to greet an enigmatic stranger you have yet to meet, yes?
Yes.
So with an indignant puff of cheek, you decide there little point in continuing a civil dialogue with such an utterly unreasonable conversation partner. You've wasted so much of your precious free time too! How long have you stand in this corridor again?
Oh well, nevermind that. You can't waste any more second. So you decide to just turn your back, fully intending to leave your highest attendant to wallow in his bizarre and wildly unfounded suspicions—
Only for an arm to block your path.
"I shall escort Our Consort back to Dusk Pavilion," your High Servant announces. His voice booming over the rest of your retinue.
Wait, what?
A firm hand suddenly grip your shoulder, expertly spinning you in the complete opposite direction.
"Ex-excuse me?!" You glare at the person currently steering you away like a cart.
Your insolent captor blatantly ignores your royal outrage as he keeps barking orders left and right to the scurrying servants. "You, fetch the healers now! You, tell the apothecaries to bring soothing remedies! You, drag—"
"Stop!" You dig your feet hard into the floor, though it does very little to halt your servient. No, if anything, the grip on your waist—wait, when did his hand move— only tightens. "Why are you calling them? I'm perfectly well!"
Your traitorous High Servant answers without even bothering to glance at you. "You appear to be experiencing a severe daydream, My Consort."
Preposterous! "I most certainly am not!"
"You just requested—with a straight face—to send a strange formal greeting to a ghost."
"Not a ghost!" you huff as you prying frantically at the audacious fingers dug into your priceless robe.
"A phantom, then."
"Not that either!" You ffeel a prickling heat flush across your skin now. A volatile mix of mortification and bubbling frustration threatening to burst at his utter refusal to listen. "Just... E̴n̵i̶g̵m̸a̷!"
Why this very simple concept so impossibly hard to grasp to him? "And why is that so strange? I simply wished to say hello."
A sigh answer your question. A sigh so ridiculously long that slips from your High Servant's lips. And the eyes that have been looking anywhere but at you ever since your capture finally drop to meet yours.
"Exactly."

MC's father is still alive, yes! He's the current Patriarch of Great House Aldery. And as one of the Great Houses, the Alderys are considered part of high nobility~

Ok soo my dear Anon, a second cousin is someone who shares the same great-grandparent as you! Or another way to think about it is they are the grandchild of your grandparent's sibling.

Hello! I've a question! Since foreign light colored eyes are the dominant one, what about hair? Is the bright more dominant than dark? Or is the calligian dark hair also the dominant one?

Both Luxendian bright hair and the Calligian dark hair are considered dominant. Soo which hair colour a child inherits depends on which side's blood proves stronger at that particular moment of creation 😆
Or as Luxendians would say, which blood is purer ✨
I know you've probably answered this question before but will we be able to choose mc's body type and will that change any text based on the body type chosen like a chubby mc easily picking someone like Mallory up. Also can we know the names of mc's siblings you mentioned them before but you never told us their names.
I actually haven't answered the first part of your question before, no 😆
1. Will we be able to choose MC's body type?
Well my dear Anon, whenever I add customisation option, I want it to serve a purpose throughout the story. Every appearance customisation is there because it becomes relevant somewhere lateerr on.
Up until now, I unfortunately haven't found a meaningful narrative purpose for body type customisation that Im happy with 🤔 So unless I do, it safe to say there are no current plan to add it. I'm sorry but I'll leave that particular detail to your own headcanon!
Oh since we're talking about appearances, I do have height customisation planned! You'll be able to choose between:
short, average, tall, and very tall.
These are based on Luxendian standards tho (Calligians are generally taller). Thus a height that considered short in Luxendis would likely be seen as very short in Calligian standards, while a tall Luxendian would be roughly average in their eyes, and so on~~
2. Can we know the names of MC's siblings?
Why of course you can! And not just the siblings, even the parents too 😉

Unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can say about June because as for writing, well, June and I had a... disagreement.
Technically, I did finish an important scene. However I wasn't happy with it at all. So I rewrote it once, then twice, then made it halfway through the third before realising I somehow managed to make it even worse lol
I think that particular scene is telling me it would appreciate a little... distance for a bit. I think I need a change of scenery and refreshed mind before tackling it again with fresh eyes. Which actually work out rather nicely because we're almost at the third week of July, and with it comes my vacation haha!
