Tsuzuru: Oh, are you guys heading home too?

Taichi: Nah, Kyu-chan and I were thinking of going to the mall after this today.

Kumon: They’ve got a special corner for White Day set up there!

Tsuzuru: Anyway, they’ve got cookies, candies, marshmallows… Having all these different kinds of things actually makes it kinda harder to pick one.

Taichi: I know, right…!? But that’s why our main focus today is research!

Kumon: Yeah, yeah, we don’t have to force ourselves to decide on anything today. All we need to do is just take things easy and narrow things down!

Taichi: We wanna find something that makes Director-sensei happy, after all~.

Tsuzuru: Right. It’s best to just choose something carefully so that we can return the favor.

Tsuzuru: Sorry if this is coming out of nowhere. I wasn’t really sure if I should ask you this, but…

Tsuzuru: What sorta thing would you like to get in return for White Day? I wanted to hear from you what you’d like, Director.

Izumi: You don’t have to get me anything in return.

Tsuzuru: Hey, that’s not how this works.

Tsuzuru: …And you can say that all you want, but if I don’t get an answer for what you’d want, I’m just gonna end up making fried rice again…

Izumi: If that’s the case, then would you please make me fried rice again?

Tsuzuru: Huh? Are you sure that’s fine…?

Tsuzuru: (And I didn’t skimp out on preparing the ingredients either. I mean, I was so excited about this whole thing that I ended up buying all this meat, shrimp, and curry powder…)

Tsuzuru: (At least I don’t have to worry about running out of anything. I can let the Director have whatever I have left over… I’m sure she’d be happy with that.)

Tsuzuru: Anyway…

Tsuzuru: (I can’t believe all it took for me to be this motivated was hearing the Director say, ‘I’m looking forward to it’—.)

Tsuzuru: …W-Whatever, I’ll just get to making it.

Citron: Something smells very good~!

Sakuya: It kinda smells like curry!

Tsuzuru: Ah, Citron-san and Sakuya.

Citron: Ohh! Tsuzuru is cooking!

Sakuya: Ah, are you making curry fried rice? It looks really good.

Citron: And just when I was starting to get hungry! Tsuzuru, I would also like to eat some of that!

Tsuzuru: Ahh… Sorry, I can’t let you do that. This is for someone else to eat.

Citron: …Ohh, I see! That is why you will not let us eat it~.
