shou can change forms at will. his humanlike form is the one he takes 90% of the time, but can change into his ‘ true ‘ form whenever he feels like it. his draconic form is large, even by his kind’s standards. his coloration is mostly a deep, bright blue, however his frills and various patches up towards his head and upper back are all crimson. he appears similarly to this, merely with a different coloration and webbed feet.
as far as his abilities go, he has a few noteable powers.
like with most water based creatures, shou can breathe underwater.
shou possesses the ability to cause rainfall whenever he commands. from a light drizzle, to a torrential downpour, he can do it all.
he also has the ability to forcibly drain the moisture out of whatever he wants. plants, people, monsters, anything. he sometimes uses this to cause students to become slightly dehydrated while in his office in order to get them to leave a bit more quickly.
his favorite ability, however, his his water cannon. whilst in his more human form, shou can form water in the palms of his hands and at the tips of his fingers. from there, he can blast it outwards essentially however hard he wants. while in his true form, that same ability is performed via his mouth.
like every monster, he has various weaknesses.
he’s basically useless against electricity of any kind.
if he’s on land while in his true form, he’s extremely slow. cornering, or even avoiding him all together, is extremely easy.
he’s also weak against the extreme cold, as it causes him to become slow ( even more so on land, to the point where he’s really not even moving ) and essentialy nullifies his abilities as the water freezes too quickly.
