WARNINGS - slight indication of harm to self (playing with an object that could kill oneself if not careful) & blood (ofc its vampires!)

Adventuring back from the crypts, Teagan spun a wooden stake in his hand, playing with the object that may harm him if he wasn't careful. At this point he didn't care, he was talking to himself like he was going absolutely MENTAL. The voices in his head passed through on rougher months like November. The month he killed half of his coven because they ratted him out as a vampire to the Royal Guardsmen.

"No! It'll be fine. I'll live, there's isn't anything bad going on! The hell are you worried about?"

He growled at the voice of caution that sounded a little to close to the pirate captain he once knew. He burried him years ago or so he thought, he couldn't remember. The stake stabbed through the man's hand making him hiss out in pain. Cursing in German that slurred into Irish when there wasn't enough, he pulled it out of his hand and put it in its holder.

He found a tree to rest by, just staring at his hand while studying it. It stung but Teagan didn't care as he just watched the blood fall from his hand like sand before licking it up like a dumbass and wrapping the wound up. The Doctor that he used to know would of taken the stake after him for doing that saying it wasn't safe, but whatever it happened anyway.

Eventually, she gave in to herself and walked over to the man, faux worry in her eyes as she approached.

"Teagan? You know it's dangerous to go out alone, especially with the coven about, are you alright?"

"Ah-! Right, I'm alright. Nothing to harsh, just a small poke breaking the skin."

He shrugged, it broke more than the skin but it technically broke skin anyway! He got up to face her more properly, giving her a small bow out of respect.

"Just out on a walk miss Rosalie, clearing my mind, you know? I wouldn't think the Coven would be recruiting anyone at this hour, love."

He stood up straight while his head slumped to the side out of curiosity causing him to push up his glasses,

She tsked at him, crossing her arms and dramatically puffing out her cheeks before she returned to a relaxed posture.

"Besides, I was hunting. I couldn't find Cleo to ask for their chickens, and the cows are already low enough in supply. A meal for me is one less for them, isn't that right? I hardly listen to what the militia is saying..."

Rosalie acted like she was trailing off, her eyes darting out to the edge of the forest before she frowned.

"Did you even clean that wound properly? I can't say I believe you when you claim it was just a poke, not with the amount of bandaging you have around that wound."

"My wound is fine! I can take care of it when I get back to my cabin."

He protested with a scoff while playing with his sleeve, he opened his mouth then closed it trying to remember the last place he saw any food besides the lake.

"Ah- well there are fish in the lake- I can gather up some for you if you'd like me to, their blood isn't much but theres plenty of them."

He awkwardly offered up while rubbing his cheek out of embarrassment, she saw it didn't she? His flustered blush redded with awkwardness, he probably just made her disturbed by that moment of no thinking at all.

"Yes its clean, and technically- if you think about it it did break skin! I'm no wound professional but it did break skin."

She questioned, knowing fully well that Teagan probably suspected that she was a vampire given that he was as well. Maybe it was mean, but Rosalie did like messing with him, it would be funny to make him question if she was a vampire or not.

"If the wound broke skin then that's bad, sweetling. It doesn't matter if you're a medical professional or not, you should know at least that much. Have you never had to deal with stage accidents? Come here, let me have a look."

"Right-" — "WH- HEY! I think sneaking up on me while I was licking blood off of my hand already shows how crossed my wires were!?"

The hell was a wire? Teagan thought to himself, wire felt funny on his tongue making a v sound instead of a w sound. He kinda suspected her as a vampire from how stealthily she was, it wasn't fair to him that she could just sneak up on him without him noticing at all.

"I swear its fine, Liebe, just a scratch nothing more. It'll heal."

Famous last words that wasn't 'It'll be fine hase! Its just for the show!' Then he never saw his friend ever again. He unwrapped his hand and showed it to her, it was a small- looked about the sharp point went through and a panicked hand ripping it out.

Lore: Long story short and a story that is being played with still but heres the bare bones: Teagan was born to an Irish mother and a German immigrant father in the late 1700s, Teagan befriended a vampire who was a pirate and other humans. Making a small coven together, Teagan's acting buddie turned him on opening night of their play. No time for rest the show must go on right? Years after words he woke up finding himself on a trail to Oakhaust, bickering with his coven members before taking the wrong route to Thornhost. Now he's stuck in Oakhaust.

I'd like to explore it with others! Again my oc's lore is still explaining and shrinking due to Berghold being new!

The vamp fumbled around with his comm making sure it was ready for long distance questions before he sat down on in the bench of his gazebo, gesturing for all who wished to visit him to take a seat wit him.

"Welcome to my small part of Oakhaust. My name is Teagan Berghold and I will be your entertainment for the evening. Please! Take a seat! I am more than happy to chat! Willingly for once..."

The vampire smiled warmly as he clapped his hands with a small gleeful him before resting his elbows on his knees. His smile faltutered for a second like a memory hit him but it didn't bother Teagan that much.

Rosalie hummed as she took a seat next to him, her face displaying a grin. She glanced up at the sun, her smile tightening as she shifted further under the gazebo.

"It's lovely to meet you as well! It's such an wonder to meet another performer in a rundown place like this. What brings you to Oakhurst, sweetling?"

Teagan giggled softly with a slightly nod to his head, moving a bit to give her space. Resting his elbow against the back of the bench as he does so.

"It is! Its grand to have a taste in the performance arts."

The brunette responsed a blush hinted at his cheeks from the pet name for a moment.

"What brings me here? Well- I'm trying to get home, back to Thornhost. My crew lost me in the woods, I don't believe they are coming back for me like some people longing for others to pick them up."

He explained his story- he lied about his crew leaving him behind it was his choice to leave them behind anyway.

"Miss Spellmeyer, if you must! Do please call me Rosalie. That is such a tragic story how could anyone forget about someone as wonderful as you? My stage partner isn't here at the moment, I hope to be seeing her as soon as we can leave, but I don't know what I would do alone..."

Rosalie said, sighing dramatically while looking off into the distance before a grin returned to her face.

"I was on a trip to another town, when the poor coachman of my carriage lost control of the horses, we had a little spat about that and travelled in separate directions. It was happenstance that I stumbled upon Oakhurst here, I wish there was less sun, I didn't prepare for such a lengthy stay somewhere so bright."

She lied as easily as she could breathe, she couldn't just tell people the real reason she was sent here. It also helped that the story covered for anyone who saw the slight discoloration of her cheek, the bruise was already fading but some still questioned her. Who would even believe her if she went crying about vampires being real? She saw what happened to Avid, and that guy would probably kill her before hearing her out.

"Miss Spellmeyer... mh- sounds like a beautiful name to match a beauty like you!"

His words ment kindness and nothing else, he rolled his shoulder trying to think of a proper lie to keep up with the 'my crew left me' bit. They didn't leave him, he left him to get back to his "coven" back in Thornhost. The actor clicked his tongue with a warm hum before he started talking again.

"Well, you see, there was a fork in the road. We bickerd on where we should of gone and which road would take us back to Thornhost, Me and a friend went left the couple with us went right."

His words were well practiced like he told the whole town before he met her.

"Its not like I was forgotten it was just an argument. Surely the right was the correct route now I think about it... oh! We had the same problem then! A disagreed because of directions now we're here! I do apologise about the ride it must of been rough."

You'd think an actor would catch another in a lie but Teagan was easily fooled by her story, guess it was part of the game. Lie to others to keep your own stories safe. He didn't see the brusie he wasn't the type to ask about injuries since in was annoying to hear "Oh! What happened?" When it came to his scars. He fixed his scarf before dropping his arms into his lap with a low hum.
