Ive been having a dream lately where in another dimension/unvierse where the sky is pink and blue with rups in them that show the blackness of space and. There are giant planets throughout the sky.

I wasnt tired at all yesterday and I just laid in bed. I slept for an hr woke up at 4:40 am and was wide awake(which doesn't happen a lot) got juice walked around the house laid on my bed and waited till sunrise. I then slept another hr and had to get up. Laid in bed closed my eyes and then it was 8and then 9am.

on my way home today my brain suddenly got loud???? like extremely loud with just yelling and random gibberish being yelled through the insides of my ears

Not having a permanent therapist after 10 yrs of seeing therapists is really not making anything better....I need that consistency that repetition. I need to talk to anyone even if I have to pay them...
