so, i resigned from my full time job because of mental health reasons, and my parents don’t understand that, but that’s not why i’m on right now.

i have the want to rp but.. no muse for sidhe or sidhe baby.

i’ve wanted to go back to the 100 fandom (i had a clarke), but i think i’d have to do a re-watch first or something.

Halloween Party Starters

"The fact that they make a 'sexy' version of that costume is highly disturbing."

"You seem to have a problem with self-stripping clothing; your zipper's fallen down again."

"... just when you thought the costumes couldn't get any skimpier."

"You do realize that this is supposed to be a costume party right?"

"The fact that they even make that costume..."

"My costume might not be as flashy, but at least I'm warm."

"I should've picked a costume with less layers."

"You're the third person I've seen tonight with that costume. Popular choice isn't it?"

"The problem with Halloween is that you always meet somebody and then you have no idea who they actually are."

"For the last time, NO I am not dressed up as [ costume here ]!"

"No, adding a mask does not 'automatically make it a Halloween costume'. It makes it a cop out."

"Oh! Here let me help you with that, your costume's a bit, uh.."

"So what are you supposed to be?"

"Are you here with that person over there? Because you've got matching costumes."

"I cannot unsee the horrors I have seen this night."

"I can't tell who's passed out in the bathroom, but there's someone asleep in the tub. Just so you know."

"That went a lot better than I expected it to."

"No you can't wear the same costume as me. People will get confused."

"Oh hey, we'll totally match then."

"So... everyone seems to think we're wearing couples costumes. Weird, huh?"

           áine had been experiencing some rather vivid night terrors; ones that would leave her with the taste of blood in her mouth, convinced that if she breathed too hard blood would pour out. fingers tug at the laces of her running shoes before she’s lifting herself back up and making a beeline towards her front door. over the time she’s been alive, running has been the only thing that can make her feel like she’s no longer in an anxious body. the way that her heartbeat accelerates when her body moves like a machine gives off a sensation of relaxation that she cannot even begin to describe.

             the fact that it’s raining outside makes it even better -- the sound of it hitting the soil and the pavement allows her to only focus on that. none of the thoughts piling up are loud while she’s on a run, they just get put behind. but one thing is clear, áine tends to forget about her surroundings; especially the fact that there was a car coming her way that didn’t seem like it was stopping. sure, she was on a crosswalk, but she was wearing all black. catching the light in the corner of her eyes, she comes to a halt, her body moving way beyond her feet stopping, causing her to fall flat on her ass.
