Rules for myself that I have to follow:
β’No more than 500 cals a day ever at all (high res) 1000 for low res but im fat af rn and need to restrict hella (always shoot for the least amount of cals tho)
β’no food unless I work out. Everything is earned
β’no food before 7pm and none after 12am. Thatβs just how my schedule is w school and shizzzz. Donβt normally get hungry until later anyway
β’No sodas. No empty mf calories.
β’No fast food.

β’Weigh everything on the scale
β’Small portions. Small plates.
β’ no chips omg always get me
β’always leave a little bit of food left on the plate. Never fully finish anything
β’ 20k steps a day 15 k is enough but should always strive for 20k. 10 miles
β’fast as much as I can throughout the week
β’log everything
β’acv in the morning whenever im able to
β’share food whenever possible dnt eat anything all to urself fatty
β’feel the grumble at least once a day (tummy growls)
β’tumblr every day before eating (look at thinspo)
Remember :

β Pretty girls don't stuff their face.
β The me I want to be wouldn't eat like this.
β The satisfaction this food will give me won't compare as the satisfaction of my jeans size going down.
β 5 minutes of satisfaction and a week of regret? or 1 hour of resistance and a life of enjoyment?
