Welcome to my abode

With that out of the way, it's nice to meet you. I'm Corodog, an aspiring digital artist who want's to create a graphic novel series. However I have a long way to go before I'm ready, to hone my skills I'm currently working on two seporate AU comics based on media I like. I made this blog to connect with fellow artists and those with similar interests. I welcome healthy conversation and I'm open to constructive feedback on the art I post. Some of my interests include: film, video Games, the horror genre, music, anime, manga, fashion, nature, and travel.

To match my villains piece I just finished one dedicated to some of my favourite heroes in fiction.

Been going through some of my older sketches to round out my blog more. Here's some Beatles fanart I did a while back.

Here's some quick concept art for an Undertale AU I thought of doing. I had some story and soundtrack ideas but I felt my writing and art style just didn't fit Toby Fox's characters and world, (no disrespect of course, he's truly one of a kind). The character sitting in the middle was an oc named Camila, she would have been a stand in for Frisk, hence why her design is similar. I thought it would be interesting seeing how the characters would react to the mc if they were a young adult instead of a kid. The guy behind her is yusuf, after ending up in the underground as a child he was ment to be the 6th soul. Instead he went into hiding and grew up as a drifter. These two plus MK, burger pants, and nice cream guy would have been the main group for the first half of the story. I did have an idea for a full scene so I might make a short comic based on it down the line.

Taking a break from fan comics to post some more multifandom pieces. This is a line up of some of my favourite villain characters. I plan to do one for my favourite heroes and one for anti heroes down the line. To me each of these characters reflect a different kind of evil.

I recommend listening to these songs while reading the scenes, as it's suppose to add to the atmosphere of the scenes. Hope you enjoy.

A small concept poster I did a few years back. It's a piece for my favourite game in the Danganronpa series Trigger Happy Havoc, inspired by the poster art for Suicide Squad. It was just a quick drawing I did on a trip so it's a bit rough, plus it's missing Hifumi and Sakura. I might do a more refined version down the line.

Hi everyone, just wanted to say thank you all for the support I've gotten on my two fan comics. Working on these this separate but thematically connected duology has been very insightful and fun. I want to continue both comics, do a chapter or two in one and then switch to the other. However I'm taking on more responsibilities in my personal life and won't have as much time to devote to this. I'll put in the time where I can but I can't give conformation on when more pages will be released. But for know I intend to do chapters 4 and 5 of the CoraLands next. Thanks.

Here's a concept poster for my next AU comic, an alternate interpretation of "Purple Haze Feedback". This is just a concept poster to get my thoughts out so some elements eluded to here may not end up in the comic. I plan to use the light novel as a blueprint for the general plot but adding my own elements. However the core themes, arcs I want to leave untouched.
