when i first saw Wesker, i literally thought: "man, he looks like a mix of Beckett and LaCroix"

and not gonna lie, i can see him as their son, lol

let's see what they have in common..

obviously, it's Beckett's and Wesker's shades with feline red eyes behind them, first of all:

what i noticed immediately, it's Wesker's and LaCroix's "chessboard" texture on their clothes:

it's classic "blonde slickback/pompadour" hairstyle.. though LaCroix is actually ginger, but we are gonna ignore it.

you can actually notice that their features somewhere are similar (Beckett's thin lips and skin tone with LaCroix's nose and jawline)

and most importantly… all three of them are wearing coats!

what Wesker took from Beckett?

the first you can tell is his intelligence for sure. both are very smart and experienced. there are also genes of charisma and "art of sarcasm".

very charming and calm voice. Wesker's might be not as smooth as Beckett's, but still you fell for how it sounds.

as it was mentioned, cat-like red eyes, which also reflects their own beast inside them (Gangrel's blood and T-Virus respectively)

mostly being serious.. and teasing. at the same time.

maybe there is a hope that Wesker can learn how to smirk:

and what Wesker took from LaCroix?

the worst.

oh man he got his stupid smile..

alright, about some positive things..

the first one i want to point out is a great and very calculated mind. they are complicated geniuses with quality of wonderful eloquence.

full concentration on the task at hand with no time wasting on other trifles.

"7 minutes. 7 minutes is all i can spare." (W) – "i suppose i can spare a few seconds.." (L)

some messy dark-haired attractive buff man trying to stop them (Chris and Nines respectively)

a figure for every taste (Wesker's frame is muscular and he's manly, meanwhile LaCroix's frame is slender and, well, he's kinda twinky)

+ peacemakers

anyway, going back to the worst:

the mind might be great, but it's sick. something went so wrong..

overconfidence and obsession: one is addicted to his Uroboros and other to his Ankaran Sarcophagus. both craving for absolute power and domination.

manipulative sneaky bastards. god complex is so real.

"i should have killed you years ago.." (W) – "i should have killed you that night." (L)

but my favourite thing about these two is that they seem to be all serious and cold, but it turns out they are "sensitive" and very feisty. look at them being so annoyed by you.
