I drew ummm your.. guy.. goa…???? GAO… sans… me thinks.

the reference was a little unclear, but I tried to work with what I saw— and I KNOW gao isn’t like all that colourful but I couldn’t help myself. I THINK I DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB.

It’s so tiny because I was planning on drawing other characters— like a line up, but thought I’d share this with you before I drew any others since I had no idea who else’s characters to draw. If I do end up making the page, I’ll tag you in it along with other creators.. but as is, it’s just a wip now.

I think it could make a pretty banner,. Or something.

Among the arsenal of Gao Sans, the skeletal sovereign of the rogue timeline, lies a raw and versatile extension of his being — Bone Manipulation.

With a mere flicker of cursed energy, Gao can summon bones from thin air in countless forms and scales: jagged spears, towering pillars, razor-edged constructs that serve as improvised blades for brutal close-quarters melee. These bones cut through the air like predatory fangs, capable of being launched as high-velocity projectiles — arrows of death screaming toward their targets with relentless speed. In moments of desperation or tactical brilliance, he channels them beneath his feet to launch himself forward in explosive bursts, turning defense into a lethal counterstrike or carving an escape through overwhelming odds.

But when synchronized with the forbidden power of his Time SOUL, this technique ascends into something far more sinister.

When the bones fire, they turn into dome-like barriers when stuck to an object or physical place — their size dictated by the volume of skeletal mass deployed — Gao creates localized pockets of frozen causality. For precisely five seconds, time within the dome halts completely. Movement, thought, energy flow… all suspended in perfect stasis. Multiple foes caught in range are trapped like insects in amber, helpless as the world continues outside the bone cage. The moment the duration expires, the construct shatters and vanishes, releasing its prisoners back into the flow of battle.

Yet every technique bears its limits.

As a self-proclaimed Rogue Judge — a neutral arbiter unbound by conventional moral alignment — Gao lacks the malevolent KARMA after-effect that other Sans variants wield to devastating effect. His bones deliver no lingering curse of retribution or soul-rotting poison after impact. They are tools of raw utility and precision, not instruments of inevitable karmic judgment.

Still… in the heat of cursed combat, a five-second dominion over time itself is more than enough to decide life and death.
