For many, the changes caused by the pandemic have added new challenges to the already existing daily stressors of life. If this sounds familiar, please join us weekly for a stress management class called Mental Well-being to begin building out your own toolbox of stress management skills. 

We know you are doing big things that matter ­—we’re here to help because you matter.

This is a 6-week class beginning July 6th and 7th, and runs from 7:30-8:30 pm EST. We are offering the classes twice a week, so join us on the day that works for you! You can join any class that sounds of particular interest to you, or for all of them!
