Hey guys!! I’ve gotten quite a few asks about how I am able to make sidewalks around buildings with foundations. So, here’s a mini pic-tutorial-thingymabob on how I did it.

Hi nonny, I took your suggestion on and recolored the mini-fridge! I decided to retexture the door only with the same Parenthood metal texture (shown on the ph fridge) and used the same metal colors from ph+ my pink and true white. I hope you like it (I might comeback to it and do a “wood sides”-version too)

It requires the MESH.

Glamper - A Buildable Live-in RV Kit

Thanks to the recent burst of debug items from EA I made this RV building kit! I had to do a bunch of mesh cutting and resizing but I really like how it turned out! I think this will be a great item for story tellers and those who love the challenge of building in small spaces. 

It’s also base game compatible!

EXTRA WIDE CITY LIVING GARAGE DOOR

I really wanted a wider version of the garage door that came with city living so I made this. I couldn’t find it anywhere else already so I quickly whipped this up. You can still paint murals on it like the original but they look a bit odd. Requires City Living.

university life beds [3t4]

hey everyone! i’ve been working on these beds for SO long and i’m so excited to finally upload them. i converted all of the beds from ts3′s university life EP, and created a bunk bed version for both children/adults and toddlers! meshing the ladder and UV mapping the new pieces was a process to learn, but i’m really pleased with the result. (also, many thanks to @inabadromance who helped me out with a mesh issue on the sims 4 studio forum!)

the beds come in the same swatches as all my other university life conversions. mattresses can be downloaded here.

Revised BroHill Kitchen + Add ons.

Small update (21-12); the sink’s rig somehow did not save my water animations adjustments. Files are updated. 

At last… here it is! and just in time for the holidays🤶🏼🎄🎅🏼! This was a sorta 1k followers gift but now it can also serve as a Christmas gift! 

My love for this kitchen started with those gorgeous handles from the counters (yes I said handles!) I loved them! BUT… Those corners… were hideous. In my opinion. That’s how this set came to life. 

I toned down the lines on the original design a bit to make it more versatile. After that I felt the need of having additional items to accompany this kitchen. like a bar etc. I borrowed the stove from the Kitchen SP and altered it to fit exactly to the measurements of the counter/island. I added an island version to (again) fit the space it needs. No more gaps at the back of the stove! Yay!😉

I also wanted more freedom to clutter the cabinets/island/counters with stuff I liked so…All items (that can have slots of course😉) are slotted to the max. Some meshes have almost 50-75 slots or more. It assures you of the fact that you always have a slot on the right place, no matter what. To maximize the use of them; use MOO.

Digital Bathroom Tiles - Recolored

I’m not overly fond of the tiles that we have in the game but a few of them can be rather usable if only they had a few more color swatches. :) Here are two recolored base game tiles that I hope will be useful!

Let the Sun Shine Curtains - 2-tile Edit

This has been on my to-do list for a very long time and I’m happy that I finally got around to do it! The sheer curtains that came with the Parenthood Gamepack have so much potential but their size makes them really hard to use.. But don’t despair! ^_^ Here’s an edit which makes them fit perfectly on 2-tile windows! I’ve included 2 packages: 1 with the original swatches and 1 which is recolored in Peacemaker’s lovely Contemporary Cool Palette.
