2 plátanos grandes

1 yogurt light de cualquier sabor

1 cucharadita de vainilla

1 ½ cucharadas de miel

25 gotitas de stevia

2 cucharadas de mantequilla de mani

1 pizca de sal

1 huevo

1 ½ taza de harina de avena

1 ½ cucharaditas de polvos de hornear

1/3 taza de chocolate en polvo amargo

Precalentar el horno 

Batir todo menos lo seco hasta homogeneizar y luego añadir lo seco y mezclar.
