Build Jakapan, Daemi's Poi, and other individuals stepping forward
I like my peace, but this situation is very serious and deserves to be documented clearly for the international/English-speaking fanbase, which was my original goal of archivism on Tumblr. Some of the posts have already been deleted and others will be washed away with the sands of Twitter time.
Please do not talk about this in terms of "drama" or "tea" because that does a disservice to the victims and people here on Tumblr who may have lived through these experiences watching you treat their trauma like nonsense.
I have no stake in this and do not claim to know the full truth. However, rather than seeing everyone vague about what's happening, I want to provide an account of what people on Twitter are seeing above the noise. I will try to keep this post updated with important developments when appropriate.
My only ask is please don't comment to my inbox about this post. I understand your anger and hurt, but I need to take care of my own well-being. Make a dummy account if you want to talk about it; I will not censor the comments section of post as long as you are reasonable and not victim-blaming.
Finally, please be kind to each other, including Pond (as long as he is doing the right thing) and [Jan 23 update: lmfao fuck Pond] the other actors in BOC given that Poi specifically said she hid this from the cast, and also especially fans who loved Build and were blindsided. There is no "deserved" to be upset, people who invest their love and free time into something are allowed to be hurt... the only thing that matters about a person's integrity is how they choose to act with this information.
On approximately Jan 19 2022, right after the BOC line-up announcement), Daemi announced they would be breaking up as a writing duo, which prompted fans to speculate about the future of Kinnporsche season 2. Daemi as a writing duo is made up of two members: Yok and Poi.
In the next day or so, Poi insinuated that Build had stolen the idea for 4 Minutes from her and given it to Sammon, who then helped cut her [Poi] out of involvement in the new series. Build responded to this by publicly crying and issuing a statement, going above BOC's management. Pond was with Mile in Pairis at the time/flying home and responded to Instagram comments that they would investigate fully before issuing a statement.
Approximately the next day, on Jan 22 2022 local time, Poi came out with a statement and chat logs with proof that she used to be in a relationship with Build, and he had cheated on her, financially manipulated her, physically abused her, and threatened to kill her.
The original translator is a ManUtd fan and had no involvement in the fandom but took the time to do the translation since it was blowing up on Thai twitter and known fandom translators were not doing them. They then deleted those tweets after being harassed by Build's fans, but has continued to tweet about the situation.

Here is an additional Thai summary of Poi's claims and an english translation of that.
Some people noted that in the original IGS where Poi references this abuse on approximately Jan 19, she used stock images from Pinterest. Those claims included that she had a miscarriage due to the fact he had hit her so hard. Poi again confirmed that she had a miscarriage and noted she had hospital documents to back up her claim. She also addressed the comment that she used stock images due to the fact that Instagram is a visual social media.
Poi also confirmed that the legal process was already started. Given her history with the BOC cast, she might have also felt the need to get the story out of accusations of her lying and starting "drama" about the situation by posting her chat logs and photos.
Subsequently, Build shared messages that Poi had sent him regarding a situation with a sponsor in an attempt to make her look like a "crazy" woman, but incriminated himself and deactivated on Jan 22 2022 (possibly temporarily).
During this time, additional people came forward about being a victim of Build. One Thai fan came forward about knowing another of Build's former girlfriends, who was the victim of gang rape. However, the OP is getting permission from this individual to tell the story first and so the story may not be released to the public.
Another one of Build's ex-girlfriends, who was previously silenced and shamed by his fans, confirmed again that she was physically assaulted by Build 8 years ago.
I will not add the tweets with evidence of Build cheating on Poi/involvement with other women while supposedly dating one of them as while cheating on a partner is bad, it is a personal indiscretion and not a crime unlike the situations highlighted above.
As for the fact that both authors in Daemi sexually harassed other actors in KPTS, I am not excusing those actions. People, notably WOMEN, should not have to be perfect victims to be believed. You don't have to like Poi or approve of her past actions to think she does not deserve to be abused.
Additionally, if you believe that Poi's past actions are indicative of her character, I want to clarify why people were upset with him in summer 2022 since that was not documented on Tumblr either. Having bad opinions online is not a crime, but they do show a pattern of behavior from him from attitudes to actions. Build's comments/attitudes from that situation are consistent with his abuser behavior that is documented above. (1) (2) (3) (4)
Any additional documentation from past victims will be a link to the reblog since I will run out of image space on Tumblr. I will not document things like BOC suspending Build for the time being since those are widely seen and have an English translation.

Clarifications/updates since the last post to be fully honest and transparent as possible here.
The Thai tweet related to the possible gang rape victim has been deleted. Again, even at the time, the OP said they needed permission from the victim to tell the story. Alternatively, this was fabricated. Being fully transparent about both possibilities.
The post I made about the victim with heavy bruising on her face that was circulated turned out not to be associated with Build. A kind person stepped forward to give me this update since I couldn't handle fact-checking this one. The victim is unfortunately real, just not associated with Build. I have some very unkind thoughts about people who used her trauma to further their agenda since they only care about outrage, not the truth.
Poi and a translator helped clarified the situation with the miscarriage was not due physical violence but to Build emotionally manipulating her and asking her to get an abortion. Based on the TLer's intentional wording, it seems that Poi didn't choose to end the pregnancy but the medication she took was intended to address her depression from the emotional manipulation. This then resulted in the miscarriage.
Apparently she posted a version of the hospital documents, but either she deleted them or Build's supporter reported her post and it was taken down. (I didn't see it.) Either way, if they go to court, it sounds like it will be presented.

As you know, Mynk (also Mink in translations) had shared the story of her abuse by Build, but was considered uncredible at the time due to the fact she previously falsely spread that another individual, Captain, had gotten her pregnant. (aside: what is going on? why is everyone acting like a character in a drama. 😖)

So again, another imperfect victim who shared physical evidence of her assault but was not believed.
(2) Updates on Poi - financial and physical abuse

Video description: Build is hitting Poi on the shoulder while Poi's face is grimacing, and she looks towards the camera several times. Build stops. Later in the video, Apo walks by and starts to playfully engage with Build and does not seem to notice that Poi is in distress. Apo was not present for any of the time Build was physically touching Poi.

I want to address the financial abuse aspect. Financial abuse is extremely prevalent in DV (occurs in 99% of DV situations), but is not widely known or understood. In grad school, I took a job that worked directly with undergrad students and did multiple trainings on understanding abusive situations as a result.
Here are two helpful write-ups about the broad range of situations that could be financial abuse, but below I will highlight only what applies to Poi's situation.
Examples of financial abuse that apply:
Feeling entitled to your money or assets. They might also expect you to pay for their bills or their obligations or require you to bail them out of difficult financial situations
Stealing the victim’s identity, property, or inheritance.
Sabotaging your work responsibilities / Sabotaging work or employment opportunities

To summarize the above: Build often asked Poi for money and items/gifts/food (as a gift or as a loan), "borrowed" a number of things from her he did not freely return and Poi had to ask other people including Pond to help her get them back, and gifted him a car which she has visual proof of.
She also reportedly gifted him a house/condo, but this is based on Build's chat and other chat records that this occurred. (There is supposedly another girl involved in the situation with the condo, which is too convoluted to explain, but supposedly Build then gave the condo to this other girl...?)
Even without the house involved, you can see the level of financial manipulation happening.
Also, I mentioned in the previous text Build "exposed" himself which is why he deactivated his Twitter. It was unclear at the time the specific reason, but it's because one of the screencaps trying to prove Poi was an angry, unhinged woman had a part where build was asking her to buy him food and disregarding her rage, validating that he has asked her to buy him things.

Also, remember that Poi is a writer; regardless of if BOC and Sammon's 4 Minutes is the same as Daemi's idea, regardless of whether you think Daemi's writing is good, he is interfering with her work and causing her a future loss of income.
She has chat lots showing shared the idea with him in one form and Build going around her and pitching a version of the idea will render any work she has done for the project useless as as it will be seen as plagairism of BOC's work.

Again, my point here is not that saying these horrible things are a crime unlike the pattern of abuse above. However, they speak to the consistency of his overall attitude and behavior.

It took me a while to figure out what this last one meant, but Build is mocking her because she's saying he has done so many bad things and Build is saying he's going to get away with it. Basically, he's unrepentant. In case you're wondering, they were always crocodile tears.
So that's the most of it. There are other things like repeatedly cheating, stories which I cannot validate, and a lot of noise. I'm trying to highlight the most important things about what's happening which is the abuse documented by the victims and his consistent pattern of social media behavior that shows he's a predator and unapologetic about this behavior.

*MUFFLES SCREAMS* I wrote the entire reply and it got swallowed by Tumblr. This is the 5th time I've made this mistake because I am a FOOLE (though more likely it's because tumblr's editor sucks). Anyway, here we go again.
Formally, the film's genre is historical. And its working title is #ThaiPeriodMovie while they tease us about the movie title.
However, several things stood out to me in the way this film has been discussed (potential spoilers, but mostly fan theory!)
Here's Apo speaking about how the film came about at Kis x Farger and how Pond contextualized Mile's role in the film. Please note the conjecture is one of the translator's theories, not what was explicitly said. But the part about Mile was what was said 🤗
Pond then came up with the idea that it would be so gorgeous if Apo could perform a Thai dance. Pond also said that Mile has a personality that goes well with Apo* so together they should make a movie that celebrates Thai culture.

Also, this LGBTQ Thai youtuber was able to identify cultural details in just the short trailer. He starts talking about some of the important details around 6:27 (which I am not retyping again)
Basically, he was able to identify that Apo was performing a Lakhon Nai, which is performed in the royal court and traditionally only had female dancers even for male roles.
However, he noted that because Apo was a male dancer in the royal court, the movie likely takes place in the period of King Rama IV-V, which was most likely validated by BOC's production staff recently!
He also theorized that Apo and Bas were were performing Inao (Punji), which is a Lakhon Nai epic that had queer elements. I can't find a good English source about this epic, so watch the video to learn what he has to say about the story.
He mentioned the possibility that in the movie, there might the duality with a reflection of Apo's character having a stage life in an epic with a queer story while the character's real life is embroiled in a love affair with the handsome Taphon player 😝
Actually, I was rewatching the Leslie Cheung and Hong Kong LGBT Cinema video essay a couple of weeks back and this part really stood out to me as what they might be trying to do with this film.
The film cleverly ties homosexuality to traditional Chinese art, making an, at the time, unfamiliar topic much more approachable to a Chinese audience, allowing the audience to feel the loss, pain, and persecution LGBT people had been feeling.
But its contribution to inclusivity is, perhaps, even more direct than that. The casting of Leslie Cheung in the role creates this feeling that we aren't looking at a fictional character, we are facing the real struggle of Leslie Cheung. Leslie was sympathetic, so his characters, and by extention LGBT people, were sympathetic.
Anyway, this is all speculation! I want to point out again that historical LGBTQ films don't need to have a romantic plot, AND even if a romance between characters occur it's often interwoven with the characters' other struggles and drama/tragedy of the period. Don't expect KPTS episode 8 😭
I'm less bothered by whether or not Mile and Apo's characters will be queer than the fact that so many people are openly dismissing that they can't be queer in the film because it's a historical film (what). As @cookiedoughfiesta mentioned to me, some idiots have said that they can't be gay because it's a historical film and gay people didn't exist then (THE IRONY OF SUFFERING HOMOPHOBES EVERY DAY IN THIS FANDOM 💀💀💀)

as nice as it would be that this makes people reconsider their behavior, most people - even or maybe especially lgbtq people who made up the majority of the comments he felt pressured by - aren't that self aware. some people in other fandoms I won't name were all "💔" in the same breathe they said other shit that was definitely read as pressure to come out even if the posters/rebloggers don't read their own behavior that way.
lgbtq people often contribute to societal pressure around the experience of coming out. just because it's 2022 doesn't mean some of you aren't Perez Hilton 🥲🥲🥲🔪it's another realm when it comes to public figures/celebrities. lots of public figures can be out in their personal lives without wanting or needing it to be known to the whole fucking internet quoted on their Wikipedia/imdb/my drama list bio page which us regular people never have to worry about.
two more thoughts that go together, and I'm talking to other lgbtq people here:
(1) queer folks don't become queer the moment they make it known to you. stop reinforcing the standard that people are straight unless if they say otherwise just because they don't want to make it known to you what their sexuality is.
(2) some people, queer people, really need to relearn the time-honored concept of signalling. if you don't think someone is queer or don't have enough context/information to make a judgment call or don't feel comfortable calling someone queer before they come out, just move on with your life instead of making other queer people feel like they're losing it for noticing something and wanting to discuss it among themselves.

I love love the fact that Mile Spoils Apo…and I’m not speaking in a materialistic way(although he does that too 🙊) but I’m speaking in the sense of how quickly Mile caught on to the fact that Apo is very sensitive to detail and he stored that information deep in his soul (and effectively used it with Apo) and he was able to pick up on things like the fact that Apo doesn’t use cologne but a alum stone stick (the fact that Mile paid attention to that maybe saw Apo wear it and it stuck to him) the fact that he started of by teasing Apo that he talked a lot yet he later understood that, it was Apo’s way of showing he cared (wanting to know everything about the person shows how invested Apo gets) so then when they wouldn’t film together Mile proceeded to call Apo to ask about his day ( if he ate if he drank water if he had a good shooting day)🥺 the way that he kept his phone off night mode until he was able to talk to Apo. The way he would actively take care of Apo on Set and then the one that I think hit me square in my chest and left me no doubt of the absolute adoration Apo feels for Mile is whenApo was doing his Birthday live on IG and “jokingly” (I personally don’t think it was a joke) said “How can I live with out Mile if he’s the one that takes care of Me” cue my tears 😭 the genuine care that Mile put into connecting/ understanding Apo was really what won Apo over. Knowing how they said that Mile was the first to open up to Apo and it gave into Apo returning that trust. (Also Apo GIVES as much as he gets and he returns to Mile tenfold) but I think it hits me a bit more with Mile bc he seemed to be a bit more rough.. ??(idk what word to use) in the beginning and and to see the little by little process of sweetness is just you know 😩😭 and now we have a Mile the almost never says no to Apo, I think I’ve only seen it twice. We see a soft spoken man that is always taking care of Po. And yeah let me just 🚶🏽♀️🚶🏽♀️ (Last but not least let’s never forget when Mile told Apo that he wasn’t weird that he just had character just like everyone else had theirs) and then we can hear Jeff in the back saying how “it’s so weird to hear Mile say that, since he rarely says this type of things” 🙈💓

One of the most telling aspects is how differently they act at the beginning when they were just getting to know each other and now. And yeah, I think you're right that "rough" is probably the right to describe how Mile was acting... but to be fair, it's often the way guys show affection, which would make sense at the beginning of their relationship.
But I think it's also suuupppper interesting in contrast to see the fact now how they act vs. with close cast mates that they both still rough house other castmates but not really each other as much. The only recent time I can think of is Singapore, Apo shaking Mile and making him dizzy lol, but even the tone of that is different where Mile was clearly happy to accept it until he got dizzy and Apo knew when to stop, where as Jeff begrudgingly had to accept their affection in the video 😂😂😂🤣.
Mile has already said that for him, money is not a problem. And Apo's affection and attention isn't so cheap it can be bought. The most important thing, and most limited resource Mile has, is time and Mile gave Apo all his time and attention. Apo saw that and returns all the attention and time and affection 🥺

We're not gonna see any more IG lives. :') Which I'm OK with. The more they realized they have eyes on them, the more they retreated for their own privacy, which is normal. I'm hearing a couple of things in your question, part of which I'm guessing is just being able vent (glad to provide the space!) but the crux of which is commenting on the irony of homophobia in Kinnporshe / BL fandom. And yeah. You're not imagining it.
CW: Homophobia. I'm serious, this is your only warning. Some of this really upset me today and I'm pretty good at compartmentalizing.
I saw this after I got your ask and already spent some time thinking about how to respond, but these comments were in response to Tong coming out at KPWT Manila on Tiktok. I hate looking at them, but I'll embed them in case the tweet ever gets deleted as a reminder that EQUALITY IS NOT REAL IN THIS WORLD.
I won't lie, this hurt my feelings a lot and it's not even about me. I spent half a second being mad before just being sad about this for hours.
I've been into BL for so long, I am tired of this round-about argument we keep having over women, many of whom are queer or questioning, enjoying queer stories where the characters are male. There are culturally-adept literary and queer studies scholars who do research on this.
That being said, a not-small proportion of the fan base is made people who are genuinely homophobic and use BL as their fantasy. Just like watching lesbian porn doesn't make straight men allies, neither does watching BL make straight women allies. I am too exhausted to explain why they do but it's basically a mix of misogyny in not wanting to see other female actors opposite an actor you like but also using queer men as placeholders for your fantasy. Sometimes in fiction, but other times in reality.
I'm with @mirrorofprinces, we need to attack more homophobes for this. 😒😒😒 no more fighting over gay rights, time for KPTS-inspired gay wrongs and gay violence on the gaygenda.
The "delulu" and "it's just fanservice" comments are...indeed kind of homophobic. I respect people who don't want to comment on or interpret their relationship, like you said, or interpret it differently. And it kind of sucks to be like "well some people will be homophobic and you have to share a space with them" in fandom about a queer story, but how do you confront people, some of whom are happy to be openly homophobic, about homophobia that is more nuanced?
But I think one thing that undermines MileApo's authenticity is that BibleBuild do so much fan service despite also claiming not to. Fan service is a Thai BL industry standard with other actor pairs. And as a reality check to myself, I have looked at some of those pairs interacting and yeah. Definitely brotherly or fan service there.
The other part of the problem is young people, especially after the pandemic, genuinely do not seem to know what normal human interaction looks like, including the difference between what's fake and what's real AND what's platonic vs. what's flirty or romantic affection.
As for what my friends/moots think, here's @mellowroxy and @cookiedoughfiesta's thoughts from August about Mile saying he was in love with Apo about the "delulu" comments. (Though let's be real... sometimes the fandom is also... a bit much 🤣🤣🤣)
When I talked to Yams (@mellowroxy) about this earlier, here's what she had to add on to the point:
Me: fans were freaking out when Tom called Zendaya 'my MJ' on his birthday wish to her, and that's way more subtle than what Mile and Apo are doing
Yams: There wouldn’t be this much push back if it was a guy and girl. Most people would be like “oh another on set romance” and call it a day. On the Zendaya and Tom topic, if this was decades back when interracial couples were taboo as fuck then they wouldn’t come out as well.
A conscious reminder equality has always been hard-fought for.
But trust me, this paradox of people who watch BL who are homophobic have not escaped Mile and Apo's notice either.

As I always say, you haven't have an opinion on the truth. So in the end, no one's opinions on the situation matters except for Mile's and Apo's. But it does suck to bear the brunt of people's negativity doesn't it.

No because I think what Mile said was v important. For months I've seen this Mile hate train that I never quite understood cause he's been by far one of the most respectful, selfless and nurturing people on this cast (not saying anything bad about the rest of cast but my point still stands) I think when people read about how rich Mile and his family are many people assumed he was going to be this aloof, unapproachable and lowkey narcisstic person because lets be honest, rich people tend to be v entitled. Mile has always been unapologetic himself, he always has a bright smile, a mature mindset and a calm demeanor. The fact he always chooses kindness speaks volumes about who he is as a person but it's completely valid for him to recognize he's also hurt by words whether he wants to take offense in them or not. He's not asking for adoration from others but simple respect as a human being. I'm sad he even needs to say this on a interview but I think it's important he acknowledges it. Some people especially in socmed are getting waaay to comfortable being rude to others, spreading lies, bringing unnecessary drama and crossing other people's boundaries (esp concerning someone's private life) I'm glad I'm stanning two wise, loving and mature men. The amount of unbased nasty energy even here on Tumblr is just disappointing. I've seen him get hate for promoting blood donation and snide comments about him on a post pointing out he was thanking staff.
Mile can't change the family he was born into any more than he can change the fact he's 6'0 tall. Rather than judge him by his actions, people are nasty about things he can't control.
People will use their own identity as a shield for their nasty behavior. Being poor(compared to millionaires), being queer, being a BIPOC does not excuse actions you personally choose that are hurtful to others.
