Wont be able to weigh myself or restrict as much as I’d like since I’m going on a trip back to my home state.. Happy, but upset- but also gonna be crossed the whole time hehehehe

This fast is going by decent. I’m 20hrs in and just feeling rlly tired. To break it I plan on eating an apple and drinking a protein drink

Gonna start another 24 hour fast (: 9pm tomorrow it should end

Weighed myself just before & lost 2 lbs bc of that fast & now I’m thinking of doing it again, but I doubt my body can handle another 24 hours

I drank a 160cal protein shake drink and had a few gummy vitamins to break my fast and now I feel like garbage^10

I’d rather just pass out and get over it than feel like this rn.. first fast since 2020 & it rlly beat the fuck outta me. Literally just cleaned my toilet bc I feel so fucking nauseous & wanted an easy, clean place to puke
