Out of curiosity, how has getting up been for you now that you've had such an extreme time zone shift?
I seem to remember you mentioning at some point that you tend to get up quite early, is that still the case? If not, has it gotten harder?
It's kind of random as of right now because I'm still adjusting to the time change. The first night I woke up at 5 ish which is normal. I think that was mostly because I passed out and caught up on 8 hours of sleep. Second night I woke up at 12 and then 3 and just stayed up after that, getting like 5 hours of sleep. Last night I passed out at 10 and woke up around 8?
Yeah my normal schedule's all screwed up. I think my internal alarm clock just needs to adjust. It'd also be nice if I could manage to sleep a normal amount but that's difficult when 10 pm is reading as 3 in my brain
