Putting many hours now, playing Red Dead Redemption 1 (RDR) on my Xbox One S. At the same time, playing Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). Compared to the sequel, I am enjoying the fast pace action of RDR1. The campaign and side quests are on point. Also, love John Marston’s story so far. I am about half way through his story and look forward to completing it. Hard to believe that RDR2 is now 16 years old. #rockstar #reddeadredemption #rdr1 #johnmarston

My family and I, we went to see Toy Story 5, which is my wife’s favourite franchise. My wife had watched all and her favourite was the 3rd movie in this franchise. The 5th movie focused on Jessie and her steed Bullseye and she enjoyed it very much. Also, Bonnie gets her new tech toy, throws a wrench to her existing toys. Didn’t understand those stranded Buzz Lightyears and Disney Should have done a cameo on Andy or the astronaut Lightyear, but overall a great movie! #toystory #toystory5

Spend time with my sons and watched Super Mario Galaxy, in 3D 😎. I enjoyed the direction of the movie and how they did a spin away from the Super Mario video games. Many references to the game and multiverse cross overs from other Nintendo franchise. Even an Easter Egg reference to Captain Marvel 🤔 on Rosalina’s fighting scene. #supermariogalaxy #nintendomovie #nintendo #marioandluigi

I picked up sealed copies of Halo TV series, for season 1 and 2. I enjoyed season 1 and loved the direction Paramount played its story. Will rewatch Halo season 1 on my CRT 📺.

Saw this Super NES display for sale, at one of the antique stores I visited today. They wanted $16,500 CAD and told me it was sold. The CRT TV had a burn in and the SNES was quite discoloured. Have not seen one of these displays in a long time 😮.

Watched this gem on my old school CRT TV and VHS player. This movie The Golden Eye had the THX remastered. Sounded amazing on my Sony Trinitron. HINT: if you are playing THX digitally mastered tapes on VCR and hear the static on TV speaker, use the channel up / down buttons on the VCR, to adjust the static noise. I managed to snag myself a loose Super Famicom version of Super Metroid. I played the original NES version back in the day but did not get the chance to pickup the SNES or the Super Famicom version. I picked up a hidden gem video game for my PS5, called Bye Sweet Carole. This game reminds me of Disney’s version of Alice in Wonderland animation, meets Clock Tower. The animation and the narrative is amazing, along with the platform puzzles. This game is also available for the Nintendo Switch. #hiddengem #byesweetcarole #ps5

Enjoying my gameplay of Ghost of Yotei, but very slow. It’s unlike Ghost of Tsushima gameplay. Currently on the quest to reveal the 2nd boss the Kitsune 🦊 (fox). Their bandits hide deep in the snow or large barrels 😮. I think the mastermind behind the Kitsune is the female samisen player, that plays Atsu’s song. There is also a flash back of young Atsu, watching her mother die 😢, at the hands of the Kitsune (with the 🦊 mask).

Picked up this gem today 👉🏻 Simpsons: Hit and Run for the OG Xbox. I do own the GameCube version, as well. I popped it inside my Xbox360 and backwards compatible and works perfectly fine. I missed kicking Marge 😂. The seller was a young kid, who could not play this game on his Xbox One. Today, I picked up Ghost of Yotei #ghostofyōtei . So far liking the game. It’s a little slow at first but love the setting of this game, as is near my childhood hometown in Hokkaido Japan (near Mount Yotei 😊). I will update my gameplay on my YouTube channel.
