All the People of Color know exactly what this tweet is talking about… but i’m laughing at all the white people in the notes acting hard talking about “if you bump into me I’ll smack you” and “it’s so rude to bump into someone just because of their race”. The second hand embarrassment I feel in every responses point blank idiocy is staggering.

Do they really think people of color are frothing at the mouths waiting to bump into white people? Or maybe it’s a tweet meant for people of color talking about the annoying phenomenon of white people not moving out of the way when passing opposite directions; they expect people of color to move even if they’re the ones with room and ample time to move. Or the getting too close to people of color and not respecting personal space in areas with ample space. Or white people forgetting their manners and not saying ‘excuse me’ when passing by/reaching across people of color (or maybe they just were never taught home training idk).

The Manananggal is a vampire-like mythical creature of the Philippines, a malevolent, man-eating and blood-sucking monster or witch.
