I’m busy trainin so I ain’t here much. I won’t apologize.

I hope you know you’re a joke to me. I mock you behind your back for what you did.

Considering I’m better than most of you, I don’t really need to prove anything to anyone.

Don’t let your past define you. But don’t rush healing either. You’ll make it eventually.

Stretch before and after your work outs and only do what you can. It won’t help you to get injured.

Simply put, I’ll kick your ass.

Despite what I said in the past, I wouldn’t be here without my friends. I’m not gonna thank them though. They don’t need to know that I care.
