This is the absolute last time he agrees to any “favors” for Grifter. Babysitting Amok was one thing, when he was QUIET. Not at the moment, nope, the bitlet was WAILING. 

"Just shut up already.” Tormentor groaned, scrubbing his face with his hands.  Amok was bound to wear out his vents at some point.  ”I said I was sorry before, you don’t have to make me feel any worse.”

Oh, Grifter was going to kill him when he finds out that his best friend accidentally burned his sparkling. He completely forgot that bitlets weren’t as heat resistant like everyone else.  Poor little Amok was crying on the berth where he -on top of everything already- DROPPED him.

Calling a medic was probably the best thing Tormentor could do to redeem the bitlet.

::Fusi—:: He started to comm the Alliance’s head medic when Amok sent out another bellow of cries emanated from the bitlet.  The ex-con grabbed one of the pillows in the room and slammed it over Amok. 

"SHUT UP I SAID!" Tormentor yelled, smothering the sparkling.  He took it a vent before comming Fusion again.  ::Fusion, something is wrong with Amok, could you come over to Grifter’s room to take a look at him?"
