Introduction + Ruleset
Hello, and welcome to confuse-your-murdles!!! This is basically a mix between @murdlefessions (used to be confuse-your-murdles, but shortened their URL. The old one is still more fitting though) and @ii-confusing-confessions (I'm a fan of both!!!!!! Yippee!!!!!!), so don't be surprised if I take a lot of this blog's characteristics from either of the other ones.
The blog is currently OPEN. Go wild!
Here's the ruleset:
• Confessions must be confusing, perplexing, vague, and/or cryptic, and also about Murdle, its characters or its fandom, hence the name "confuse-your-murdles".
○ An exception is made for announcements and asks that inquire about the blog itself. They will be answered with the tag "not confusing".
• Crossover confessions are allowed, however Murdle must be in the ask relevantly in some way.
• If you want to express confusion in a non-perplexing way, @murdlefessions is the place for you.
• Suggestive confessions are allowed, but no NSFW (I, the only current mod, am a minor). Suggestive asks about underage/animal characters (Buster McPaws, Jake, Julius, etc) will also not be sent.
• No harassment, period.
• As long as they can be easily translated, confessions that are encoded or in different languages are allowed.
• If any additional rules are needed, they will be added as requested or needed.
Additional notes:
• If a confession is unable to be sent as an ask, or sent outside anon by accident, I will send it as a screenshot. If the latter is the case, send a follow-up ask requesting to cut off your URL. The follow-up will not be sent.
• Confessions will be answered in order. If yours is not sent in a while, there are probably MANY to answer.
• If any ship-related confessions are answered, do assume my neutrality on the mentioned ships.
○ On that note, confessions with darkships (incest, beastiality, pedophilia, the works) will not be answered, period.
• If someone confesses about a specific topic more than 5 times over an extended period of time, all of the related confessions will be tagged as sagas, and the name of each saga will relate to its topic.
• Both anon tags and off-anon user confessions will be tagged in the post itself.
• You can use any tag, as long as it's not taken.
• Mod goes by ❓️, she/they, and will sometimes send their own confessions in that tag.
