Concombre Melon!

Aphrodite is first up. Have to admit, the first outfit I drew for her, looked too much like Pimpette from Pimpette and Associates and while it looked good, I can't have her ripping off another character's looks. So I went with a half long skirt to give some more couture feels for our lovely goddess. Tongry is wearing a traditional Nordic Sweater. My bro opted to tone down the detail in order not to die while making his comic, but now you all know his secret.

Penelope has a back log of cute clothes. I've gone kind of ham on it because I feel like Aphrodite would treat Penelope like a dress up doll. A cute fur or fluff lined peplum coat and a matching hat with pom pom ears. Too cute right?

The Boys! I don't know why I keep drawing Angry's sideburns like he's the love interest in a 1970s Shoujo manga, but I did think it'd be funny if all he got was a hat, shoes and a scarf and everything else was the same. Aphrodite isn't gonna make him cover up that chest. Ton wearing a giant puffy coat was just a win on the funny mental image. Imagine all the noise that coat is making while he struggles to move.

Regardless majority of the outfits in my comic are done by CJ. I don't give her much input I just say things like "I need something for cold weather"

Slow Burn progress update that nobody asked for!

@concombremelon and I finished all the storyboards and had begun pencilling pages back in August.

We are now finally starting to complete the inked pages and put them in the queue for January. A special double update for Wednesday January 3rd just to get us rolling right!

After that, Slow Burn will update weekly on Wednesdays. Chapter 3 will run from January 3rd to May 8, 2024.
