She blinked, three quick blinks before she could stop the slight smile spreading across her face.

Chuckling lightly, Eren figured that he should probably let her go back to her lunch. "Remember," he said very seriously as he took a bite of his food. "You promised."

Annie blushed slightly at his gesture, unconsciously inching a bit closer.

Eren blinked and tilted his head for a second before leaning in close. Then with his middle finger and thumb together, he tried to flick lightly at Annie's nose. Just to see if she would stop him.

Annie self-consciously held a lock of her flaxen hair, letting the strand fall from behind her ear. "Oh… thank you,"

"Aw, don't do that!" Eren said as he pushed the strand back. "Don't hide behind your hair."

Annie laughed, remembering the two afore mentioned. "It was quite a sight to see."

Eren grinned widely at the sight. "I knew it! You laugh prettily!"
