whenever a senior woman with gray/silver/white hair sits in my chair i always tell her it’s lovely (which it is!) and i’ve had numerous conversations with elderly women about how their hair color is “popular with the young folks these days!”

one woman with white hair said to me before that she’s been getting a lot more compliments about her hair from people my age (i’m in my twenties) and that it’s made her feel so good about “the hair that god gave her”. a few other older women have joked that the kids these days only wish they could have colored hair “as beautiful as [their] natural hair!”

i know that most people have been trying to process cap 3 via a lot of salt but honestly i would rather talk about how this was a Good movie as far as tony’s characterization goes

(this was meant to be a post about every tony sequence, but there is just So Much Good that i’ll have to divide it up and talk about one single part at a time lol)

The little boy (whose name escapes me) has a brain tumor. He wanted to meet Finn, but he didn’t want him to himself. He wanted Finn to visit with all the kids at the pediatric ward. John stayed in character the ENTIRE time and he taught Finn about all kinds of Earth things.

The little girl is Layla. She asked Finn where Rey was. He said he didn’t know. Kylo knocked him out and he didn’t know where Rey was. And she said “that’s okay, I’ll be your Rey.”
