i know i already posted this on instagram but i feel like you guys on tumblr need to know and see this too.

in today’s society, we all struggle to fit everyone’s expectations of a ‘perfect body’, we even begin to despise our own bodies, comparing ourselves to other people on social media wishing we looked ‘as pretty’ as them. but in reality, we are ALL beautiful. each in our different ways. all body types are absolutely beautiful. i’m saying this because i know i struggle with my body image and i know some of you guys do too. some days i look in the mirror and hate what i see, or i go on instagram or any other social media and see other girls and wished i looked even half as pretty as them. i’m trying to learn how to love myself and love my own body and find my confidence.

so today, or whenever you see this.. look in the mirror and tell yourself that YOU ARE beautiful. let someone else know that they’re beautiful, whether that be as a comment on someone’s post or even telling them in person or through messages or dms. you never know, they might need to hear it:) you are beautiful, and i love you<3
