As someone who had people choose my abuser over me, and as someone whoโs probably spent over $100 on Dandyโs World, I will gladly stand with Chip and other victims until Qwel comes out with a well written statement that covers everything. Even if she gives a statement that proves her innocence or apologizes for her actions, its likely my relationship with Dandyโs World will stay strained due to what she has done.
Apologies do not take away the powerlessness victims feel when someone who could greatly affect their abuserโs life chooses to stay with them, ignore their actions, or even COMFORT their abuser.
It disgusts me to no end when people choose to ignore and defend those who stood with abusers. Information about this conflict is still coming out as victims of Rox share their story, so I myself only know the basic details of this situation. Nonetheless, seeing Qwel lie about this situation as well as comfort (which IS supporting) Rox has absolutely disgusted me.
If / When Qwel comes out with a statement, I will either take this down or make a new post.

IM IN AWE ITS BEEN SO LONG GUYS
Im genuinely so excited to play this. For the longest time now iโve been struggling to start participating in my beloved troll brainrot (though I am on Act 3 of homestuck!) due to the evilest ex ever having introduced me to most MSPFAs. Iโm proud to say I found Vast Error and Snowbound Blood by myself, as well as Voidbound. Unfortunately, these exact medias are the ones iโm struggling with interacting with. I think being able to play the acts of Hiveswap might heal a part of the EXTENSIVE damage theyโve done to me. Luckily, Iโm already able to think of these things without thinking of them, itโs just their abuse lingers over everything.
I feel comfort in fellow victims also commonly dealing with a fallout or strained behaviors towards certain medias.
Anyways, Hiveswap is absolutely goated and itโs probably the main reason why I enjoy point and click games. Im begging for a peek that Dammek guy because I NEED to know this guyโs typing quirk. Also I need to see Jude being the youngest guy ever because he is such a dorky kid. Homestuck and Co often sucks ass at writing young characters, especially making them ACT young. But my boy Jude genuinely acts like a kid!
Im also very excited to meet the new trolls. After looking at the damned mspaintadventures.fandom, I really donโt know which caste ;) of trolls iโm excited for most, everyone has pretty nice and cool designs! For theโฆ. most partโฆ ahem letโs just say I can tell which of these guys will PROBABLY have more influence within the story than others.
