Physical therapy is paying off big time. I’m starting to feel great again. Almost pain free. Perspective in life is so important. I trained stupidly when I was younger. Recklessly exercising I gained multiple injuries. I became depressed. Once you have pain like that your only goal is to be pain free. Some excellent drills for hand-eye coordination if you want to improve something while at rest or injured. Hand-eye coordination translates to multiple uses in other sports and life in general. Your eyes determine where every limb is in a 3-dimensional space so from striking an opponent in boxing, catching a ball in the air, to being able to concentrate more (reading) it’s a fun and extremely rewarding drill.
