3. We recognize our history is flawed and we strive to create a better environment for our fellows that will follow in our footsteps
4. We encourage discourse to develop ideas and values within the WOSP community in a respectful manner.
5. We accept the best scientific understanding of the material world and recognize that both science and spirituality must coexist.
6. While we recognize the potential for innovative ideas, we also understand and honour that many traditions are closed and must be initiated into. Therefore we will not encroach on and will endeavour to empower them to the best of our ability.
7. All people are welcome regardless of sex, gender, race, ability, religious path, or social class. We are intolerant of intolerance.
8. We do not endeavour to convert others into our own religions, but respect and value the diversity in our community.
