LILITH: 27 as of BL2 (22 in BL1; 32 in BL3) / homeworld: Dionysus
MORDECAI: 39 as of BL2 (34 in BL1; 44 in BL3) / homeworld: Artemis
ROLAND: 34 as of BL2 (29 in BL1; would have been 39 in BL3) / homeworld: Promethea (which has unofficially been confirmed as a location in BL3)

ZER0: age unknown / homeworld unknown
GAIGE: 18 as of BL2 (would’ve been 13 in BL1; 23 in BL3) / homeworld: Eden 5
KRIEG: age unknown / homeworld: Hera. I can’t actually find an “official” one of these (this looks like a fanwork to me?), but the information is accurate.
