Isolated, docile, cold, alone. This is how you feel. This is how you feel after every heartbreak. This is how you feel after being let down, by the same guy or girl. This is how you feel, because you chase a thought of what could be, and what it actually is, is what turns out to kill you. Don't chase an image. People don't understand what love is anymore. They misinterpret it for hard times and heartbreaks. They think it's okay to fight frequently and argue. It's not. Don't sit there and argue and get upset with someone. True love is where you will find happiness! Not drowned you with negativity. Positivity is key, and people seem to take that for granted. We go after this image of our perfect partner. We go after a chase, after someone who might treat us as dirt. Then we turn around and blame society. Saying this generation is full of assholes and bitches. Yet you haven't opened up your eyes. You chasing that "bad boy/girl" is just as bad as that same person you are chasing. We are so focused on obtaining this image of what could be, with said partner. That we ignore the ones around us who truly care. The ones who would fight day and night, just to have us sleep next to them and wake up next to them. We ignore the ones who will talk to us, instead of ignore us or leave us. We ignore the ones who give respect and trust, not expect it and demand it. Take time and think. Open your eyes. For you may realize, that false image of your perfect partner you're chasing? Could have been right in front of you this whole time. Open your eyes.
