I feel warmth... From a gentle soul.

My newest print is finally finished!!

I had been thinking about how to make this piece for a while, so I'll add a bit about the process ↓↓

First off I try to start with a bunch of sketches to capture the different ways I can go about a piece. I went with the second one cause I really liked the idea of Hikaru being a big entity that looked at Yoshiki with an imposing aura.

I then cleaned my sketch and added extra details (such as symbolisms from the show) and very messily adjusted the composition. I then added the tonal values to get a grasp on where the light was going to come from!

This screenshot is so ass it might get pixelated JAJAJJA. Anyways, by this point I added the base colors with colorize (on Photoshop at least that's what it's called). I did two versions cause the first one just wasn't cutting it...

Finally we start rendering!! (On Medibang cause Photoshop stopped working properly for some reason (?, gotta fix that asap)

Since I wanted to do a realistic sort of render I knew I had to get my hands on a bunch of references!!, Not all of them were the way i wanted them to be, so I decided to make my own refs!

I then added a fucking png 😭😭of the composition I was using cause I figured some things might not be properly placed (and I was right lmao) I then proceeded to correct those, and continue rendering!!.
