I'm Cody Burns! I'm from Griffin Rock, Maine, and I live with a family of first responders. We are a bit chaotic, but we all love each other. I'll just introduce my siblings and my dad on here.

My dad is the Chief of Police

My oldest brother, Kade, is a firefighter

My sister, Dani, is part of Search and Rescue as well as a medic

My brother, Graham, is part of construction and is an engineer!

The Rescue Bots are also a part of our family, and we gladly welcome them to Earth. I hope you like them, too!

On my Own | Main AU

The reason why my gut feeling had come in the first place was because of Dr. Morocco. Because of the big secret my siblings and I have been keeping for Chase, I'm worried that he would probably do anything to leak that secret out to anyone who'd be willing to see it, especially Mr. Prescott.

Overall, I'm still worried that Dr. Morocco will hack into the blog because of how I managed to block his various IP addresses from interacting with me. Based on that, he'll definetely know I have secrets to keep.

To be honest, I'm not that surprised that Chase had fallen in love with Dad. They had the deepest bond out of the entire team, and it just evolved into one falling in love with the other.

Also, Chase is so protective of Dad in case of an emergency. Even when he didn't realize his crush on Dad, he still was willing to serve and protect him no matter what.

Okay, that's a lot of likes!

While I was trying to help Chase decide what to do to help his advances with Dad, I heard Dani squeal with joy and I thought "Welp, she found out,"

She did. Dani was excited to hear that Chase had a crush on Dad and she was willing to help him in any way.

Wow... this is a bit of a hard question for me because I only have some instinces of stories where the both of them fight, but they all involve guns or something similar.

However, I've heard that Optimus is very skilled when he actually goes out in the battlefield and can take down Decepticons gracefully so that they will only be taken by his team to their base.

Megatron is strong from what I've heard, however... he's able to make his team obey with just a single command, making his faction stronger than ever.

Considering these factors when it's just them, though... Prime might win. If the thing that makes Megatron strong is his team, he may lose to Optimus because he's able to fight alone.

So, I was just reading the book I was previously reading when Chase asked me the question hinting at his crush on Dad when Kade was freaking out. I heard him say something like "CHASE HAS A CRUSH ON DAD?! WHAT THE [HECK]?!" (I paraphrased in the bracket because Kade said a bad word)...

So... I'm not sure if Kade's taking it positively or negetively, but one thing's for sure, he's really shocked...

The secret could've been figured out earlier if I trusted my instinct with what Chase was hiding, but I doubted myself!

So, the secret that Chase had was that he had a crush on Dad. There was a reason why he asked me the question that started it all and I FRAGGING MISSED THAT!

Calling myself a fool aside, I was thrilled to hear that Chase was in love with my Dad, and he was relieved to hear that I supported him in his advances. I asked him if I could keep the secret from my siblings (none of them have their blog here, so this post's unknown to them), and he begged me to do so. However, Heatwave told him that they would be mature about it, too.

So, Chase was eventually honest with me, but he's nervous to tell my siblings. I told him to take the time he needed before admitting his crush on Dad to the others, and he took that advice.

I went to sleep wondering about why the bots were concealing this secret that Chase had. I woke up realizing that it may have something to do with love, a crush, perhaps!

While I hopped out of bed, I realized that I could slightly hear Heatwave arguing with Chase when I was close to the bunker. I could hear what Heatwave was saying, but only a little bit...

"Cody will probably take it the best out of the siblings,"

"If you don't take action soon, you'll eventually lose your heart for him,"

"Chase, just stop worrying and tell Cody that..."

The last one faded out, which made me think that Heatwave had to quiet down his voice in concern that someone heard him...

I tried to ask Boulder about what's up with Chase and his question about Dad's love life regarding Blades' refusal to answer. Boulder told me that he found a lot of thriller/mystery romances in Chase's berthroom, recommended by both him and Blades. He told me that he was probably reading into it and it reminded him about Dad being with Mom. I listened to Boulder explaining the books with interest, but I eventually decided not to find any of them since romance isn't a genre I would really read. When I was about to ask Boulder a little more about Chase's thinking of Dad, he just told me that it was probably the books when he quickly left saying he'll talk to me later.
