“A friend of mine was a police inspector running a team at West End Central during Ringo and Barbara Bach’s wedding at a plush central London location. He sent a couple of policewomen down to the venue as contact and security etc. Later on, he received an urgent message to attend the venue with a crisis unfolding. He was met at the door by Macca and George.
George Harrison said, ‘Sorry we got your policewomen drunk!’
