how does 13 reasons why glamorize/glorify suicide?
To be honest, for me it was mainly the last episode and the way they dealt with the suicide itself. In her last moment at school the lighting on Hannah is all angelic, as if she has made a beautiful choice. for me that was the vibe of the last episode. Like they were trying to make it a "tragically beautiful" thing. I really wish they hadn't shown everything in graphic detail. I know that everyone is saying it's honest... but it's also really triggering. And I really don't think it's a good thing for young teens to be watching.BUT there are lots of other important themes in there about sexual assault, bullying, teenage drinking etc. This was just my opinion. A lot of other people feel the opposite.
