lower your screentime, engage in content that inspires you and makes you happy, go outside, pick out an interesting book, make to-do lists, do your homework, get your grades up, make face masks and tea, work out, focus on your studies, do yoga, cut off toxic friends, stop talking bad about others, stop saying detrimental things about yourself, expand your vocabulary, listen to music, take a walk, talk to strangers, compliment someone, go to school events, take a nap, delete apps you don't use, renovate your room, go on pinterest, bake or cook something, read essays and articles, get educated on obscure topics, start a passion project, watch brainrot if it makes you happy, study ahead of time, make smoothies, keep a journal, keep a planner, plan your life, stretch, and become the best version of yourself.

Every single time I look back at my failures, the steps I've taken that have led me down a less-than-ideal path... the mistakes I've made that weigh heavily on my mind, I remember one thing that eases my guilt.
