Losing my momentum to exercise. Have gained weight on T, which I am happy about. But being heavier has made me tired faster. What's your "laziest" workout. Mine has been jumping jacks, but I would want something with weights. Just so I do SOMETHING. From one man to another.
Oh I feel that, and of course it also makes body weight exercises harder, but then that means more weight to work with right?
I don't work with extra weights but I like simply doing an easier version of an exercise, say knee push ups instead of regular ones, or even wall push ups when I'm really tired. I try to do more reps than I could do the "regular" version on a good day, but even if I don't at least I do *something*.
I saw a tip which I haven't tried yet but which sounds good for getting back to it: instead of trying to do tons of reps at once and ending up exhausted, do just a few at a time but several times throughout your day. For example before getting ready for your day, or while dinner is cooking, idk, whenever you have a minute. Could that help?
To all of the "girls" out there being insecure of their tights and legs: the solution is to start cycling. It will slim down your tights.
Maybe you should also start taking testosterone to accelerate the process. It will increase your power on the bike and also redistribute the fat. You will end up with such beautiful toned legs.
